Requirements elicitation: Lead individual and group meetings to gather detailed business requirements.Perform impact analysis: Identify and analyze scope change.Stakeholder management: Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops with stakeholders.Solution evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business requirements through independent investigation. Adhere to product best practices to ensure consistent technical solution design.Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, technical solutions are aligned, and testing plans are robust. Act as a key point of contact for complex system-related issues, providing detailed analysis and insights to refine design approaches.All other tasks as assigned.

At least more than 2 year of experience in business analysis.Excellent command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).Intermediate to advanced level of Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio,..).Good understanding of SDLC methodologies: Deeper understanding of SDLC methodologies and the ability to apply them in various project contexts.Good documentation skills: Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.Good understand of business process modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.Good business analysis techniques: Proficient in various business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis.For Senior level: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.
