I.Job Description: Responsible for managing showroom operations, ensuring brand image, in-store sales consultation, product display management, sales staff supervision, and revenue performance at the assigned location.II.Key Responsibilities: 1. Showroom Operations Management- Organize daily showroom activities: opening, cleanliness, product arrangement.- Ensure display standards, brand identity, and customer experience are met.2. In-store Sales & Customer Service- Directly welcome, consult, and persuade customers to purchase products.- Record orders, coordinate delivery, and follow up with after-sales care.3. Sales Staff Management- Assign work shifts and monitor individual performance.- Provide guidance on consultation techniques, handle customer issues, and conduct product training sessions.4. Revenue Assurance & Reporting- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales plans and ensure execution.- Consolidate sales reports, customer volume, and conversion rates to report to the Sales Manager.5. Marketing & Event Coordination- Support promotional campaigns and in-showroom experience events.- Propose ideas to improve customer service at the point of sale.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge: College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.Skill:- Strong communication, persuasive selling, and customer complaint resolution.- Good sense of layout and scientific product display.- Basic proficiency in Excel, POS systems, and sales management software.Experience:- Minimum 2 years in store/showroom management or retail supervision.- Preference for candidates with experience in electric vehicles, tech equipment, or electronics.
