- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across assigned social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).- Coordinate with design, content, and brand teams to source and adapt content.- Support campaign launches, promotions, and product announcements.- Track and report performance metrics weekly and monthly.- Respond to community interactions: comments, messages, and inquiries.- Request content creation when needed and manage approvals.- Maintain brand tone and consistency across all channels.- Stay updated on platform trends and suggest innovative approaches.- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to duties.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in B2B/B2C brands.- Strong experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, or native platform schedulers).- Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple accounts at once.- Confidence in using AI platforms such as ChatGPT / Google Banana.- Experience in reporting data from social media channels.- Strong written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
