Working Time & place:• From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 ~ 13:30)• Place: Long An Factory (Company provides daily Shuttle bus)Job Responsibilities:• Develop and manage integrated communication plans to build FVC’s brand awareness and educate consumers in the Vietnam market. • Act as the communication command center to plan and execute both online and offline promotional activities. • Oversee content and performance of digital channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website) and coordinate paid campaigns. • Collaborate with other divisions to ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging. • Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and propose improvements for better communication impact.

• Age: around 25-35 • Gender: Any• Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.• Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in online marketing as Content creator, Web designer, Social media or communication, preferably in the F&B/ FMCG sectors or advertising agency• Specific Experience: - Strong knowledge of digital media, content planning, and campaign execution. (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). - Skilled in ads management and analytics tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).• Language: English – Business level, Japanese is plus.Salary range:• Monthly Salary: Up to 25 Mil VND (Probation: 60 days, 85% monthly SAL)• Benefits: 18 days AL / year, Company trip, Annual health check, Private Health insurance• Bonus: Assessment annually in Jan.
