- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Generate and track front desk reports
- Implement and maintain front desk policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a hotel front desk or guest services management role
- Proven ability to manage and supervise staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and another language is a plus
