The Systems Analyst supports the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of CargoWise and related digital platforms within Global Logistics.Reporting to the Process Excellence and Training Manager, the role acts as a bridge between operational teams and digital stakeholders, by ensuring system issues are triaged and resolved, enhancements are tested, and configurations are executed with accuracy.In addition, the analyst drives adoption by providing user training, clear documentation, and structured communication of new features. By monitoring system performance and identifying recurring issues, the Systems Analyst contributes to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and global scalability.This position plays a strategic role in embedding digital excellence, enabling consistent service delivery, and supporting long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport Ticket Management: Act as the first point of contact for system support issues, validating, triaging, and escalating tickets to ensure timely resolution.System Configuration and Administration: Perform approved configurations in CargoWise and related digital platforms (e.g. user access, static data, minor customisations) while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accessible records of configurations, known issues, and FAQs to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute and document functional test cases for new features and system enhancements, reporting outcomes and defects.User Training and Adoption Support: Deliver and support training sessions, create documentation, and communicate system updates to ensure user competence and adoption.System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system stability, identify recurring issues, and provide input for corrective actions or process improvements.Collaboration with Operational and Digital Teams: Work closely with National team, the Centre of Excellence, and project stakeholders to align local implementations with global standards.

Mandatory experience - 2–4 years of proven experience in system support, application analysis, or operational roles within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors.- Demonstrated expertise with CargoWise One, including modules for forwarding, customs, transport, and accounting.- Strong capability in ticket triaging and resolution, including conducting root cause analysis and managing escalations.- Track record of executing user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting outcomes, and supporting defect resolution.- Practical involvement in system training rollouts, including developing user documentation, quick guides, and FAQs.- Hands-on knowledge of compliance-related operational workflows (e.g., bookings, invoicing, and customs clearance).Desirable experience - Experience working in a regional or global freight forwarding environment, adapting systems for cross-border operations.- Collaboration with external IT vendors and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance and smooth system integration.- Contribution to digital transformation projects, with emphasis on process automation and system optimisation.- Practical experience applying change management techniques to drive adoption and reduce resistance among end-users.- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking, reporting, and improving training completion rates.- Exposure to EDI/API integrations and middleware troubleshooting for logistics systems.Technical skills- Knowledge of compliance-related logistics processes and freight forwarding workflows.- Proficiency in CargoWise One modules: forwarding, customs, transport, and accounting.- Competence in system configuration and administration (e.g., user access, static data, screen customisations).- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case design, execution, and defect logging.- Competence in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training tracking and reporting.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence).Business skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying recurring system issues and recommending improvements.- Process documentation and knowledge management skills, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for end-users.- Effective stakeholder communication across diverse teams, ensuring clarity in training, testing outcomes, and system updates.- Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights, supporting decision-making and adoption.- Change management awareness, supporting smooth system rollouts and minimising resistance.- Commercial awareness of logistics cost drivers and how system efficiency impacts financial performance.Leadership skills- Collaboration and teamwork: fostering strong working relationships with operational, digital, and vendor teams.- Training leadership: delivering engaging sessions that improve user competence and reduce repeat support tickets.- Accountability and ownership: ensuring timely delivery of support resolutions, configurations, and documentation.- Continuous improvement mindset: proactively identifying system or process enhancements to drive efficiency.- Influence without authority: guiding end-users and peers toward adoption of best practices and global standards.- Adaptability and resilience: thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent system enhancements.
