We are looking for a strategic, thoughtful, and value-driven leader to join us as a Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Business Partner — someone who will play a key role in shaping and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, elevate hiring effectiveness, and optimize workforce planning through data and HR technologies.
As an HR Business Partner, you will not just “do HR,” but serve as a true strategic partner — connecting business strategy with people strategy, developing talents, driving team engagement, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and human-centered HR operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Talent Acquisition
• Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with departmental and company-wide growth needs.
• Directly participate in strategic hiring, especially for managerial roles, new positions, and business-critical vacancies.
• Build and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and professionalism across all levels.
• Advise department heads and leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and internal development potential.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on hiring performance and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Strengthen our employer branding and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Develop future talent pipelines and succession plans.
2. HR Business Partner (HRBP)
• Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business units to understand goals and deliver tailored HR solutions; advise managers on workforce performance, team development, and engagement practices.
• Performance & Talent Development:
Implement fair and transparent performance reviews; identify high-potential employees; support career development and coordinate training programs.
• Employee Engagement & Culture:
Organize internal engagement activities to foster a positive work environment; lead employee surveys, analyze results, and drive improvement plans.
• HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and clearly communicated.
Address employee relations issues professionally and in alignment with company values.
Support internal audits and mitigate labor-related risks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HRBP roles.
• Solid understanding of modern HR management and workforce planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset, confident, and proactive.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or service-focused industries is highly preferred.
