Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for daily operation matters on shift. Communicate with Superior of any guests dispute and/or employee problems.
- Verify staff monthly roster ensure proper scheduling. Recommend manpower/ working shifts adjustments in accordance to departmental needs. Balance AL/PH for staffs reasonably.
- Responsible for all staffs performance progress and provide feedback to aid the employee in developing and enhancing his/her performance/skill.
- Aid Joker Manager with other administrational/job related tasks on an as required basis.
- Promote all departmental promotions
- Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time by Joker Manager and above.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Ability to loosen tense situations and resolve conflicts.
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- At least 3year experience of supervisory position in Gaming field
- Willingness to work night shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Good Computer skill
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Chinese additional language – beneficial
