1. Manage the personnel management activities of the companies under the Group
- Participate in the process of building and deploying the human resource management system for the resort and golf segment to serve the management and set up of new units according to the system.
- Instruct specialists and / or directly participate in the implementation of the HR management system in the resorts and Golf operations. Coordinate with functional departments, closely follow up to ensure that all units comply with the Group's general personnel strategies and personnel policies.
- Receive and examine proposals in accordance with "Regulations on Human Resource Management between FLC Group Joint Stock Company and the system of affiliated companies" and / or "Regulations on Management personnel between FLC Hotel and Resort Management One Member Limited Company and affiliated complexes ".
- Synthesize, evaluate and analyze the unit's monthly / quarterly / year reports on the human resource situation in the complex and software block to send to the Head / Deputy Head.
- Consulting units on daily personnel operations, especially labor relations.
2. Act as human resources staff of new units that do not yet have the personnel apparatus of the unit directly in charge of human resources.
- Participate directly in the process of setting up personnel for new hotels / resorts preparing to put into the pre-opening.
- Deploy tasks such as the role of personnel at the unit directly in charge of human resources.
3. Other assigned tasks as assigned by Managers

- University graduate or higher majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Foreign Language ... .
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, Employment Law, Trade Union Law
- Good at English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Proficient in using Microsoft office, social insurance software, tax declaration software
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, salary, labor relations in Enterprises / Groups with size> 1000 employees.
