- Excellent track record with previous luxury five-star hotels.
- Fluent in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, supervision and management skills.
- Ability to cultivate a team focused on delivering detailed professional service.
- Active in training the staff.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and high pressure environment.
