- Setup, prepair table, equipment in bar or restaurant as standard
- Take order, handle and implement serving under Hotel' s SOP, provide maximum of customer's demands
- Take care Room Service if require
- Make payment under SOP
- Report to Sup/Manager issues out of control
- Take other task of manager require
