Các giải pháp công ty tập trung đó là DevSecOps, API Management, Openshift, Outsource phần mềm… Khách hàng của VSI là các Enterprise như: Vietinbank, BIDV, Napas, Agribank, Vietnam Airlines và Mobifone…Quản trị các dự án trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin (tích hợp hệ thống, cloud native, dịch vụ sản xuất phần mềm, dịch vụ triển khai DevSecOps), bao gồm:Là đầu mối giao tiếp với khách hàng và đối tác trong quá trình thực hiện dự án;Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai, phương thức thực hiện đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch;Quản lý, theo dõi, giám sát tiến độ, chất lượng đảm bảo dự án triển khai theo đúng phạm vi và yêu cầu của hợp đồng;Quản lý các rủi ro tiềm tàng của dự án và có biện pháp xử lý kịp thời khi rủi ro phát sinh;Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu của khách hàng và đề xuất hướng giải quyết;Báo cáo, cập nhật tình trạng, tiến độ triển khai dự án với Ban Giám đốc và Khách hàng;Quản lý tài liệu và hồ sơ dự án;Phối hợp với kế toán thu hồi công nợ;Các công việc khác liên quan tới quản lý dự án theo yêu cầu.
