Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu, làm việc với BA/PM/Dev để hiểu mục tiêu sản phẩm và đặc thù từng thị trường khách hàng. Dẫn dắt quy trình thiết kế trải nghiệm: nghiên cứu người dùng, xây dựng persona, user journey, sitemap, flow. Thiết kế wireframe, prototype, hi-fidelity UI cho web/app theo chuẩn UX và guideline của khách hàng/dự án. Xây dựng và quản lý design system, bảo đảm tính nhất quán trên đa nền tảng. Kiểm thử UX, đánh giá usability, đề xuất cải tiến trải nghiệm người dùng. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với team dev trong quá trình triển khai, hỗ trợ kiểm tra giao diện sau khi lập trình. Tham gia workshop với khách hàng quốc tế, trình bày giải pháp thiết kế. Cập nhật xu hướng UI/UX và đề xuất cải tiến cho quy trình thiết kế nội bộ.
