Based on customers’ requirement, there may be request of quick investigation of new & latest technology and implementing Demos/Prototypes.• Establishing estimation, proposing development solution with customer• Making project plan, monitoring and controlling project progress, complying company's process.• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing)• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.• Leading and managing team to counter risk and issues during project execution.• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications.• Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality.• Conduct training & coaching junior members in software engineering development if required.

1. Báo cáo và Tài liệu• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các thành viên liên quan để làm rõ và ghi lại các yêu cầu, mục tiêu kinh doanh cũng như các yêu cầu về dữ liệu với sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về dữ liệu kinh doanh ngân hàng và các hệ thống ngân hàng.• Hỗ trợ các thành viên cấp cao của đơn vị trong việc tạo, phân tích và xác thực các thông số kỹ thuật yêu cầu dữ liệu chi tiết• Làm việc với các bên liên quan để xác định và triển khai làm giàu dữ liệu trong toàn doanh nghiệp• Có thể làm việc với nhịp độ nhanh, nhiều địa điểm, môi trường làm việc theo nhóm với mức độ chú ý cao đến từng chi tiết• Có khả năng làm việc và giao tiếp hiệu quả với các đơn vị liên quan liên đới đến Dữ liệu như đơn vị sử dụng, cung cấp hay khai thác Dữ liệu.2. Nghiên cứu và phân tích• Đánh giá các yêu cầu đối với dữ liệu được thu thập từ nhiều nguồn, điều hòa các xung đột và xây dựng các mô hình dữ liệu cho Nền tảng dữ liệu Ngân hàng• Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch, chuẩn bị và thực hiện tìm nguồn cung ứng dữ liệu, chuyển đổi và tuyên truyền dữ liệu chuyển giữa các nền tảng hệ thống doanh nghiệp• Hỗ trợ kiểm thử hệ thống và tạo danh mục dữ liệu, từ điển dữ liệu.• Đánh giá & Nâng cao tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu và nỗ lực khắc phục với các bên liên quan.3. Quản lý các bên liên quan• Làm việc với các bên liên quan để xác định các cơ hội và cải tiến quy trình bằng cách tận dụng dữ liệu của tổ chức để thúc đẩy các giải pháp kinh doanh.• Xác định và truyền đạt cho các bên liên quan những hiểu biết sâu sắc về cơ hội và trở ngại dựa trên dữ liệu được thu thập, phân tích.
