* About DopeSkillDopeSkill is a global eCommerce brand with its primary market in the United States, operating under the Insights group of companies.We specialize in bold, expressive streetwear for Gen Z youth — especially Black students and young creators — who view fashion as a voice for identity, culture, and community.With offices in the U.S. and Vietnam, DopeSkill is growing rapidly through a community-first marketing strategy, driven by powerful content, creator partnerships, and a unique brand spirit.* Key Responsibilities• Lead the development and execution of overall marketing strategies for the U.S. market.• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional efforts across influencer, content, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate.• Plan and launch integrated campaigns for product collections and brand storytelling.• Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize strategies and budget allocation.• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales teams to ensure message consistency.• Manage and mentor the marketing team; assign tasks and monitor individual performance.• Work directly with the CEO to shape medium- and long-term brand direction.• Propose and manage marketing budgets across all key channels.• Track KPIs including marketing-driven revenue, CAC, ROI, CPA, engagement rate, email open & click rates.
