Dummies & Sensors Management- Prepare, inspect, and periodically calibrate all dummies and sensors used in testing activities.- Ensure proper installation, positioning, and functionality of dummies in each type of test.- Collaborate with data engineers and analysis teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data.- Manage the calibration room for dummies and electronic devices, maintain usage logs, calibration schedules, and equipment condition reports.- Stay updated on and apply the latest testing regulations and standards related to dummies (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, IIHS).1.4. Crash Lab Maintenance & Operation- Ensure all testing systems, machinery, and laboratory facilities operate in a stable, safe, and efficient manner.- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, replacements, and adjustments for measurement systems, electro-mechanical-hydraulic equipment, cameras, lighting, HVAC, chillers, pneumatic systems, fire protection, and electrical systems.- Support engineers during equipment verification, internal calibration, or external OEM service operations.- Develop maintenance plans, logs, and checklists in compliance with ISO 17025 standards; prepare periodic reports for the Lab Manager.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and international operating standards.
