Digital Marketing Executive is a key member of the Marketing Services team, responsible for executing digital marketing activities that support high-value recruitment services of VietnamWorks.This role offers strong growth potential in a fast-paced digital environment. Daily Tax operation:- Review notice/ announcement and MOIT registration- Discuss with AM to provide advice on all sales and promotion scheme to Sales & MKT team- Daily solving problem with local tax authority, dealers and Sales/MKT members regarding to Tax issues.- Work with vendors and sales team for sub-dealers’ evaluation- Update Tax regulation and propose to change if any.- Summary and submit PIT/VAT tax for household.- Other job requested by AFD and AM. 2. Position Title: Senior AccountantReports to: Chief AccountantScope of work: Fixed asset managementLocal taxes including but not limit to VAT refund, WHT, CIT & taxes declaration/finalization and financial report analysisResponsibilities1. Taxes • Provide various tax compliance, tax advisory, tax health-check, pre-tax audit review, and tax audit support services • Represent the company in working with the tax and custom authorities, where necessary • Recommend opinions and positions on tax, TP issues to manager • Responsible for tax calculation, reporting, tax compliance and other tax/TP-related matters. • Responsible for checking, making and sending tax reports, tax declaration periodically according to the regulations of the Company and the local regulations • Be responsible for explaining, providing documents and data to audit units, tax inspection teams or the requirements of local authorities on tax compliance. • Plan optimization and take advantage of tax incentives • Prepare dossier, supporting document for VAT refund process in timely manner and high efficiency within specific deadlines; • Regular reconciliation of the VAT control accounts and records; • Reviewing data and documents of revenue to ensure tax invoice is properly issued in timely manner in compliance with the regulations of the company and local tax authorities. • Assist Manager to perform reviewing of non-eligible expenses.2. Fixed asset management • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. • Recommend management any updates to PPE accounting policy related to FA. • Assign tag numbers to fixed assets and perform labeling in a timely manner. • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the SAP system. • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub-ledger to the GL account-level. • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets. • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. • Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable. • Investigate the potential obsolescence/idleness of fixed assets. • Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets. • Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets. • Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of. • Represent the company during any audits that involve fixed assets.3.
