Training & Career development Advise on the development of work culture within the VET by EHL center and assist in maintaining this culture Create and maintain within the operations department a work culture of professionalism, client orientation, entrepreneurship and empowerment Implement and maintain a HR information system, if necessary• Campus Operations Security and ergonomics of academic block, student accommodation and Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) facilities• Sales and Marketing Increasing visibility and reputation of the VET by EHL center to students, parents and the industry in Vietnam through marketing and sales strategy, student admission, seminars… Directly responsible for Sales and Marking of EHL Vietnam (School)• Finance System, operation, revenues and costs, P&L managements for both hotels, schools Accountability and transparency
