A key role is to ensure all equipment and facilities operate at their optimum level of safety, reliability, availability & efficiency. Mandala đang phát triển chuỗi khách sạn theo định hướng Wellness – Lifestyle – Destination, trong đó F&B không chỉ phục vụ khách lưu trú mà trở thành điểm đến ẩm thực của địa phương và là một phần quan trọng trong trải nghiệm thương hiệu.

Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng hệ thống concept F&B cho toàn bộ chuỗi, từ ý tưởng, mô hình, trải nghiệm đến việc triển khai và đưa vào vận hành ban đầu.

Vai trò chính

Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển F&B cho chuỗi khách sạn Mandala.

Phát triển các concept nhà hàng và mô hình ẩm thực khác biệt cho từng địa điểm (Mũi Né, Grand Plaza, Bắc Ninh, Bắc Giang, Hải Dương…).

Thiết kế trải nghiệm ẩm thực: concept, menu, câu chuyện, không gian, hành trình khách hàng.

Phối hợp với kiến trúc sư, bếp trưởng, marketing để triển khai concept thành mô hình thực tế.

Tham gia setup nhà hàng mới: định vị concept, menu engineering, pricing, trải nghiệm dịch vụ, training giai đoạn mở cửa.

Xây dựng các mô hình F&B có thể trở thành điểm đến của khách địa phương và khách du lịch.

Phát triển các gói sản phẩm kết hợp F&B với Wellness, Retreat, Event.

Xây dựng bộ tiêu chuẩn concept và trải nghiệm F&B cho toàn bộ chuỗi.

Mỗi khách sạn Mandala có ít nhất một mô hình F&B mang tính điểm đến.
