Main Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Customer intimacy: building, developing and maintaining the relationship with our key accounts – strategically important customers;2. As part of the Sales and Programs organization: leading a cross functional Customer Focus Team (CFT) consisting of all relevant and necessary disciplines, like Account Management, New Product Introduction (NPI) project management, project engineering (operational relation) and Supply Chain Management. The program Manager has an operational responsibility;3. Act as the interface between the internal organization VDL ETG Vietnam and the customers regarding all disciplines like financing, processes, technology, supply chain management, quality and operations;4. In close cooperation with both the internal organization and the customers defining, implementing and realizing improvement programs in terms of Quality, Lead-time, Technology and Costs (QLTC). Examples are new product introductions (from first article till production release), cost down activities, lead time reduction, quality improvement, value engineering and redesign;5. Responsible for the overall performance of the key customer. Examples are turnover, margin (development), stock (development), change management - ECO, and EOQ / MOQ;6. Substitute for the Account Manager in case of absence
