Prepare for project implementation and on-going projectReceive whole project's requirements and details once it's approved by client3.1 3D-Design (Event & Activation BTL)- Brainstorm and discuss with related teams (Account, Creative, Project team) to create conceptualizing creative 3D layout/ ideas, most effective strategic and tactics for project requirements- Study project brief, analyze by gathering information and data through research, approach the new trend, materials and new technology to develop ideas- Perform design elements for 2D and 3D for customers events, activation such as display booth, 3D layout plan, 3D exhibition, 3D mockup packaging, 3D modeling elements etc. from concept to final artwork..- 2D & 3D graphic renderings and visualisations of event environments, key visual environments- Receive feedback from related teams or clients, edit creative works based on the comments until final approval- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during project timeline- Present creative 3D layout/ idea to project team- Complete project by coordinating and supporting the production team in design, final design & consulting materials to ensure it follows the design and its quality- Coordinate with related team to review project effectiveness with clients (if any)- Follow the project timeline, project requirements and schedule and support event/activation team- Manage overall creative tasks for multiple projects and clients4. Control quality and efficient of project- Check and ensure that the product is manufactured folowing to the design, achieving operational efficiency- Make project's report according to the company/ client's requirements5. MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT:• Lên ý tưởng và xây dựng kịch bản video về sản phẩm, dự án, hoạt động nội bộ hoặc chiến dịch truyền thông của công ty.• Trực tiếp quay phim tại hiện trường (dự án bất động sản, văn phòng công ty, sự kiện…).• Chịu trách nhiệm dựng video từ raw footage: cắt ghép, chỉnh màu, chèn hiệu ứng, âm thanh, phụ đề...• Phối hợp với team Marketing để đảm bảo nội dung video đúng định hướng thương hiệu và mục tiêu truyền thông.• Quản lý kho dữ liệu video, hình ảnh của công ty.• Hỗ trợ chụp hình sự kiện, dự án, nhân sự khi cần.

- Thiết kế chỉnh sửa bản vẽ cho sản phẩm mới cần phát triển- Quản lý quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.- Liên hệ trao đổi với các bộ phận nội bộ công ty về thông tin sản phẩm mới, làm việc với cơ quan thử nghiệm về lắp đặt thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới.- Đi thử nghiệm sản phẩm cửa tại các trung tâm thử nghiệm- Đặt các vật liệu sử dụng cho sản phẩm thử nghiệm trên hệ thống quản lý SAP của công ty- Các công việc khác phát sinh liên quan.- Design and edit drawings for new products that need to be developed- Management of product development- Contact and discuss with internal departments of the company about new product information, work with testing agencies on trial installation of new products.- Test door products at testing centers- Place materials used for testing products on the company's SAP management system- Other related tasks arising.

• Tổ chức nghiên cứu, phân tích, thiết kế hệ thống quản lý nhà kho thông minh (WMS/WES/WCS).• Đưa ra các yêu cầu để Phát triển các tính năng mới và tối ưu hóa hệ thống hiện có, áp dụng công nghệ IoT, AI, và tự động hóa (robot, cảm biến, băng tải,…) nhằm cải thiện hiệu suất kho.• Tích hợp các giải pháp phần cứng (thiết bị cảm biến, robot, máy quét mã vạch,…) vào hệ thống phần mềm, đảm bảo tính ổn định và hiệu quả.• Tổ chức thiết kế và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu, đảm bảo an toàn dữ liệu và hiệu năng hệ thống.• Xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử, xử lý lỗi, và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi triển khai.• Theo dõi, giám sát, và bảo trì hệ thống sau khi triển khai, kịp thời khắc phục sự cố và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến.• Cập nhật và áp dụng các công nghệ, xu hướng mới, góp phần nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh cho dự án.

- Develop processes and business requirements for: charging promotion programs, charging station monitoring systems, billing management systems, end-user applications, payment gateways, payment reconciliation systems, and more.- Collaborate with the IT department to analyze business requirements, validate UI/UX designs, conduct UAT, and support system/features go-live.- Coordinate with the IT team to create technical documents, mock-up interfaces, and business process workflows for developing tools to support operations.- Participate in developing test cases and conducting testing with the IT department to address technical requirements.- Interact closely with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and accurate implementation of software product development requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. IT Application development & maintenance- Identify and develop new sales and marketing channels- Design, create, review, analyze and modify IT systems. • Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using modern technologies such as serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization.• Define and evolve system and data architectures, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, security, and cost‑efficiency targets.• Deploy, monitor, and optimize backend services on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, devops, and product owners to deliver seamless, scalable solutions and align with business goals.• Coach and mentor mid‑ and junior‑level developers; lead architecture and code reviews to uphold best practices.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and trends, such as AI integration, edge computing, and new programming languages, to drive innovation.

ABOUT THE POSITION:The SAP BASIC Administrator partners with internal and external functional, technical and security resources to maintain the life-cycle management, security, and performance of Qorvo’s SAP and On Prem systems along with cloud environment. Responsible for running the SAP landscape (managing routine maintenance, operation, and upgrades), and plays a critical role in planning and executing migrations and other major projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordinate and execute the implementation, configuration and management of all the SAP on-prem and on cloud systems, including but not limited to, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), SAP PO/PI, SAP Business Objects, SAP BI Platform and SAP Solution Manager. Guide the application of corrections and transport required by the application team to ensure the integrity of these systems.• Configure and maintain the integration between on-prem SAP and non-SAP systems as well as the ones between on-prem SAP and other cloud systems like Ariba, Success Factors and IBP, via the use of SAP PO/PI, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP BTP, Integration Suite and HCI-DS agents.• Perform the implementation of overall security strategies and schemes to ensure the proper level of authorization is provided for all users of all the SAP systems - both on-prem and cloud systems. Work with the development teams for deploying these strategies throughout the Qorvo organization and adhere with SOX guidelines.• Monitor the system performance on a regular basis against the performance benchmarks, and proactively identify future issues and plan to optimize performance. • During critical problems, become the single point of contact to the SAP OSS system. Record and track problems as they occur, perform updates to the system in the form of repairs, and coordinate updates with the application group.• Execute the upgrades for the on-prem SAP systems including the integration components like the Cloud Connector and HCI-DS agents. OBJECTIVESWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior IT Budget and Vendor Management Specialist with strong contractual knowledge to oversee all post-contracting and renewal activities with IT vendors; and to support the efficient management of IT budget. This role will be primarily responsible for driving IT vendor governance, performance, compliance, and contract negotiations, while also contributing to the planning, tracking, and reporting of IT budgets and costs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Vendor Lifecycle Management especially in Technical or Financial Services Field, combined with strong analytical and budget management capability.JOB DESCRIPTIONIT Vendor Management (60%)• Vendor Lifecycle Oversight: Support vendor onboarding & offboarding process, as well as the ongoing governance of IT vendors across infrastructure, software, and managed services.• Contract Management & Negotiation: Monitor contract renewal schedules and vendor payments; support negotiating new and renewal contracts with vendors to secure optimal terms, pricing, KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs) while minimizing risk.• Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against defined SLAs & KPIs. Manage service issues, escalate when necessary, and coordinate periodic service and performance reviews.• Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal IT/business stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and expectations.• Risk & Compliance: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure vendor engagements comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.• Governance Reporting: Develop & maintain vendor scorecards, risk registers, and documentation to support internal governance and IT vendor risk oversight.IT Budget Control & Financial Support (30%)• Budget Planning: Support annual IT budget planning activities based on the IT portfolio, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.• Budget Monitoring: Support tracking IT operating and capital expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments.• Proposal submission: Coordinate with internal IT stakeholders to prepare IT purchase proposals and manage end-to-end proposal submission in compliance with company procedures.• Acceptance Note Review: Review vendor deliverables and acceptance notes for alignment with contract terms and service performance.• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with Finance to develop & maintain monthly budget variance analysis, accrual tracking, and reporting for IT leadership.• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through contract consolidation, license optimization, or service adjustments.
