JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Program Manager is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring successful project delivery through strategic sales execution, customer relationship management, and operational excellence. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies for target markets, analyzing customer and sector trends to identify expansion opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.The Program Manager will directly participate in the bidding process, lead proposal and estimation decisions, and negotiate contracts with clients. This position also provides guidance and support to Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring that proposed technical and operational solutions deliver optimal value within the company’s capabilities and resources. Additionally, the Program Manager oversees the overall project management process to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for designated customer segments and markets.Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.Manage and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Lead and make final decisions in proposal, estimation, and bidding processes.Define and enforce decision rules for proposal and estimation processes.Negotiate and finalize client contracts.Advise and support project teams in delivering cost-effective, high-value solutions.

Product Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with Product Owner, Designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, user pain points, and market trends. Conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and data reviews to define product requirements.Define and Document Requirements: Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements are well-understood by the development team and aligned with business goals.Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Ensure stories are ready for development with sufficient detail.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.Feature Validation & UAT: Participate in testing new features to ensure they meet requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Rà soát, cải tiến các hoạt động CNTT để giảm thiểu sự cố, hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, đạt tỷ lệ sẵn sàng (uptime) theo quy định của ngân hàng.Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý quy trình sự cố CNTT, đảm bảo các vấn đề được xử lý kịp thời và giảm thiểu tác động đến hoạt động kinh doanh.Trách nhiệm chính:Quản lý sự cố: Theo dõi, điều phối và đảm bảo giải quyết nhanh chóng các sự cố CNTT.Phối hợp với các bộ phận, đơn vị liên quan: Làm việc với đội ngũ kỹ thuật, hỗ trợ khách hàng và các bên liên quan để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và giải pháp khắc phục và giải pháp phòng tránh sự cố lặp lại.Cải thiện quy trình: Đề xuất và triển khai các biện pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý sự cố, giảm thời gian gián đoạn dịch vụ.Báo cáo & đánh giá: Cung cấp báo cáo chi tiết về sự cố, thời gian phản hồi, nguyên nhân và giải pháp.Xây dựng tài liệu: Cập nhật và duy trì quy trình quản lý sự cố, quản lý vấn đề theo tiêu chuẩn ITIL hoặc các framework tương tự.Hỗ trợ & đào tạo: Hỗ trợ đào tạo đội ngũ vận hành và kỹ thuật về quy trình xử lý sự cố, xử lý vấn đề.

- Sản Phẩm : Vay tiền mặt . Hồ sơ chỉ cần CCCD duyệt trong 30 phút
- Cập nhật tình trạng cuộc gọi vào hệ thống.
- Báo cáo, thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
