This dynamic team handles a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, training and development coordination, mobility initiatives, performance management, retention strategies, and promoting employee well-being.In your capacity as the HR Team Manager, you will work closely with your team to effectively manage, optimize, and improve our HR functions and processes, ensuring the provision of high-quality service and support across all levels of the organization.Your key responsibilities will involve:• Management and coordination of the HR team, ensuring the ongoing professional development and well-being of its members.• Contribution to the effective achievement of the HR team's objectives, with particular attention to compliance with applicable policies, deadlines, annual cycles, and emerging business needs.• Collaboration with the company's stakeholders at various levels to ensure knowledge transfer.• Promotion of best practices and optimization of the HR processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.• Implementation of the company's HR policy, including the management of recruitment processes and candidate selection.• Representation of Netcompany in personnel matters.• Oversight and management of the HR budget.• Supervision of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.• Ensuring the effectiveness of Employer Branding (EB) processes and activities.• Coordinating and planning employee training (both internal and external).• Monitoring and reporting on HR-specific indicators (KPIs), and planning and implementing appropriate actions.• Participation in meetings organized within the Netcompany Group, both in Vietnam and abroad.
