Development Merchandising - Tìm hiểu các khuynh hướng thời trang và cùng đồng hành cùng các nhà thiết kế các thương hiệu để cùng nhau tạo nên các bộ sưu tập. - Tìm nguyên phụ liệu phù hợp với các ý tưởng thiết kế từ các chủ hàng của công ty, để xây dựng và phát triển bộ sưu tập đó, theo định hướng chung của công ty.- Nhận hồ sơ phát triển của từng bộ sưu tập từ khách. Liên lạc với các chủ hàng để lấy nguyên phụ liệu, báo giá. Kết nối bộ phận kỹ thuật để lên kế hoạch may mẫu, chào giá cho các mã hàng trong các bộ sưu tập đó.- Trao đổi với khách hàng để tìm giải pháp cho thiết kế sản phẩm, nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và giá cả hợp lý.- Thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng nguyên phụ liệu, thành phẩm với khách hành. Thiết lập kế hoạch đưa đơn hàng và mục tiêu doanh số cho cả năm của khách đó, dựa vào số lượng thành công của bộ sưu tập (chất lượng, giá, mẫu đẹp) và số lượng forecast của bộ đó.- Theo dõi mục tiêu ngày nhận nguyên phụ liệu cho đơn hàng mẫu, khả năng thương lượng với các chủ hàng nước ngoài, khả năng giải quyết các trở ngại về chất lượng, đảm bảo theo tiêu chuẩn khách. Phối hợp với team sản xuất để cùng tìm giải pháp trong sản xuất..- Quản lý tồn kho đối với nguyên phụ liệu đã đi mua nhưng chưa sử dụng hết.2. Sản phẩm AI cho Chăm sóc Khách hàng**Dẫn dắt chiến lược, phát triển, triển khai và tối ưu các sản phẩm AI phục vụ CSKH, bao gồm chatbot CSKH, callbot, trợ lý ảo cho nhân viên CSKH và các công cụ AI khác để hỗ trợ nhân viên CSKH cũng như khách hàng cuối để đáp ứng mục tiêu nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng, giảm chi phí vận hành, tăng tỷ lệ tự động hóa. Nhiệm vụ chính:- Xây dựng chiến lược và roadmap cho các sản phẩm AI phục vụ CSKH- Xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm AI ứng dụng cho CSKH- Phối hợp với các stakeholders có liên quan đến dự án: CSKH, vận hành tổng đài, đầu mối các hệ thống back-end... để triển khai sản phẩm.- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng của sản phẩm và tiến độ triển khai của dự án.- Quản lý ngân sách bộ phận và hiệu quả P&L của sản phẩm.**Sản phẩm AI Hội thoại bao gồm các sản phẩm AI chủ lực sau: Trợ lý ảo Vivi trên xe VinFast, AI tích hợp cho Robot và hệ thống các ứng dụng AI cho CSKH (tự động hóa, chatbot, callbot…).Nhiệm vụ chính:- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các đơn vị thụ hưởng sản phẩm: VinFast (TLA Vivi), VinMotion/VinDynamics (AI cho Robot), TT CSKH của các PnL (AI cho CSKH)- Quản lý và xây dựng roadmap cho các dòng sản phẩm phù hợp với nguồn lực và đáp ứng công nghệ.- Lãnh đạo và quản lý đội ngũ để đảm bảo hoàn thành kế hoạch triển khai được phê duyệt.- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, trải nghiệp người dùng và hiệu quả vận hành.- Định hướng nghiên cứu và giám sát các sáng kiến công nghệ mới nhất để ứng dụng vào sản phẩm.- Quản lý ngân sách, P&L và đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư vào sản phẩm.

Đây là nhiệm vụ cốt lõi để đảm bảo dự án không bị "vỡ trận" về tài chính.1. Thiết lập ngân sách mục tiêu: Dựa trên thiết kế và dự toán, CCM xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết cho từng hạng mục thi công.• Theo dõi chi phí thực tế: Đối chiếu chi phí đang chi trả so với ngân sách dự kiến để phát hiện sớm các rủi ro vượt định mức.• Quản lý dòng tiền (Cash flow): Lập kế hoạch chi trả cho nhà thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp và báo cáo dòng tiền hàng tháng cho chủ đầu tư hoặc ban giám đốc.2. Quản lý Hợp đồng (Contract Management)CCM là đơn vị bảo vệ quyền lợi về mặt pháp lý và kinh tế cho doanh nghiệp thông qua các văn bản ký kết.• Soạn thảo và thẩm định: Tham gia vào việc lập hồ sơ mời thầu, soạn thảo các điều khoản hợp đồng kinh tế.• Quản lý thay đổi (Variation Orders - VO): Khi có sự thay đổi về thiết kế hoặc khối lượng ngoài hợp đồng, CCM có trách nhiệm đánh giá tác động chi phí và làm thủ tục ký kết phụ lục.• Giải quyết tranh chấp: Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến phạt chậm tiến độ, vi phạm hợp đồng hoặc các yêu cầu bồi thường (Claims).3. Đấu thầu và Lựa chọn Nhà thầu (Procurement)• Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật để bóc tách khối lượng (Quantity Surveying).• Đánh giá hồ sơ năng lực và báo giá của các đơn vị dự thầu.• Đàm phán thương thảo về giá cả và các điều kiện thanh toán để tối ưu hóa chi phí đầu vào.4. Thanh quyết toán dự án• Kiểm tra hồ sơ thanh toán: Xác nhận khối lượng hoàn thành thực tế tại công trường để làm thủ tục giải ngân định kỳ.• Quyết toán cuối cùng: Tập hợp đầy đủ hồ sơ, hoàn tất các thủ tục tài chính để đóng dự án sau khi nghiệm thu bàn giao.
