We are looking for someone ready to lead Game Data Platform’s Data Engineering Team. The role requires taking ownership of a complex, partially-migrated data platform and lead the evolution of its infrastructure, tooling, and operations to serve both analytical and compliance needs (including SOX) at scale. Định hướng chuyển đổi từ ứng dụng truyền thống sang cloud-native, microservices hoặc serverless. 2. Thiết kế giải pháp ứng dụng Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, kỹ thuật và dữ liệu để thiết kế kiến trúc ứng dụng tối ưu. Xây dựng giải pháp phù hợp với cả môi trường on-prem và cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP...). Đề xuất các mô hình thiết kế đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng, tính sẵn sàng cao và tối ưu vận hành. 3. Kiến trúc tích hợp và kết nối hệ thống Thiết kế kiến trúc tích hợp giữa các hệ thống nghiệp vụ: Core Banking, CRM, kênh số, Data Platform. Tư vấn giải pháp API Gateway, ESB, message queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ), event streaming. Hỗ trợ chiến lược Open API và tích hợp với đối tác/Fintech theo mô hình Open Banking. 4. Chuyển đổi lên Cloud & hiện đại hóa ứng dụng Đề xuất và thiết kế lộ trình chuyển đổi ứng dụng lên cloud theo mô hình Rehost/Refactor/Replatform. Tối ưu hóa chi phí và hiệu suất vận hành trên cloud. Thúc đẩy ứng dụng DevSecOps, container hóa (Docker, Kubernetes), GitOps. 5. Đảm bảo phi chức năng (NFRs) Thiết kế để đáp ứng các yêu cầu: hiệu năng, bảo mật, ổn định, mở rộng, giám sát, logging... Tư vấn các chiến lược caching, HA, DR, autoscaling. 6. Đào tạo và phát triển năng lực kỹ thuật Hướng dẫn, đào tạo các nhóm kỹ thuật về kiến trúc hiện đại, công nghệ cloud và mô hình phát triển linh hoạt. Đóng vai trò kiến trúc sư chủ chốt trong hội đồng kiến trúc ngân hàng.
