Mô Tả Công Việc: • Kiểm tra chi tiết, tổng hợp các nghiệp vụ kế toán, các báo cáo phát sinh như: mua hàng, bán hàng, thanh toán, chi phí, ngân hàng, công nợ, khấu hao TSCĐ, công cụ dụng cụ,…• Kiểm tra đối chiếu số liệu giữa các phân hệ (kế toán kho, kế toán công nợ, ngân hàng…).• Phối hợp, tham gia kiểm tra, kiểm kê đối chiếu số liệu với kế toán kho kiểm soát hàng tồn kho, đối chiếu số liệu nhập – xuất – tồn.• Theo dõi công nợ nhà cung cấp, khách hàng và đề xuất biện pháp thu hồi nợ.• Kiểm và duyệt trước KTT các khoản thanh toán trong nước.• Phân tích biến động chi phí, doanh thu, lợi nhuận để đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu.• Cung cấp số liệu phục vụ kiểm toán, kiểm tra thuế khi có yêu cầu.• Lập và cung cấp số liệu và giải trình: các loại báo cáo, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo tài chính theo qui định và yêu cầu của kế toán trưởng, Ban Giám đốc công ty, các Hãng, kiểm toán và các cơ quan ban ngành như Thuế,…• Hỗ trợ xây dựng quy trình kế toán, kiểm soát nội bộ.• Cập nhật chính sách thuế, kế toán mới, giải đáp về thuế cho các bộ phận liên quan khi có yêu cầu.• Kiểm tra hợp đồng bán ra, hợp đồng mua vào.• Thực hiện các công việc được phân công từ kế toán trưởng và Ban giám đốc.• Nếu công việc có sự thay đổi thì hai bên sẽ ký lại Bảng mô tả công việc và việc áp dụng sẽ được thực hiện kể từ ngày ký kết Bảng mô tả công việc đó.

• Quản lý các hoạt động tiếp thị và bán hàng hàng ngày để đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh đã đề ra.• Tìm kiếm, tuyển chọn và đào tạo đội ngũ đại lý bán hàng.• Quản lý và duy trì chất lượng hoạt động của các đại lý, đồng thời hỗ trợ đại lý trong việc phân phối các sản phẩm bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ của công ty đến khách hàng.• Phát triển Đối tác: Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với các đối tác doanh nghiệp và nhân viên ngân hàng nhằm tăng năng suất bán hàng.• Cung cấp dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp và mang lại giá trị gia tăng cho khách hàng.• Báo cáo hoạt động bán hàng cho quản lý.• Thực hiện các hoạt động bán hàng theo quy trình của công ty.• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và quy tắc của công ty và ngành bảo hiểm.• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

1. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai chiến dịch Digital Marketing:• Tham gia xây dựng chiến lược Digital Marketing tổng thể theo kế hoạch của phòng ban và Khối Marketing.• Lập kế hoạch chi tiết và triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trực tuyến trên các nền tảng như Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, v.v.• Quản lý ngân sách quảng cáo và phân bổ hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu KPI đề ra.2. Quản lý các kênh truyền thông số:• Quản lý và phát triển các kênh truyền thông số của công ty bao gồm website, landing page, blog, các trang mạng xã hội (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, v.v.).• Xây dựng và quản lý nội dung số (content) hấp dẫn, phù hợp với từng kênh và đối tượng khách hàng mục tiêu.3. Tối ưu hóa SEO/SEM và phân tích dữ liệu:• Thực hiện các hoạt động tối ưu hóa công cụ tìm kiếm (SEO) và quảng cáo trả phí (SEM) để cải thiện thứ hạng và lưu lượng truy cập của website.• Sử dụng các công cụ phân tích (ví dụ: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) để theo dõi hiệu quả chiến dịch, đo lường KPI và đưa ra các đề xuất cải thiện.• Lập báo cáo định kỳ về hiệu quả các chiến dịch Digital Marketing, phân tích insights khách hàng và xu hướng thị trường.4. Hợp tác và phối hợp:• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận nội bộ như Kinh doanh, Sản phẩm và các phòng ban khác trong Khối Marketing để đảm bảo các chiến dịch được triển khai đồng bộ.• Cùng làm việc với đối tác truyền thông bên ngoài (ODE Group) khi cần thiết để thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông lớn.
