1. Manage Business Development activities to meet BD target • Develop BD plans, activities, and campaigns to meet BD target of KPIs • Prepare BD forecasts and budgets monthly • Monitor BD volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the BD team. • Contribute to the development of BD, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility. • Coordinate and assists in other tasks as needed and works with other departments to resolve issues either directly or indirectly relating to Trucking Vendors / Agents / Shipping Line … to ensure for satisfied service to Company’s customers2.
