The role involves full-cycle coordination - from collecting and consolidating demand requests, to supplier order management, logistics follow-up, and inventory control. The specialistserves as a key communication link between sales, suppliers, and logistics partners to guarantee timely deliveries, data accuracy, and supply reliability.Key Responsibilities:1. Demand and Order Management• Collect and consolidate demand requests from the sales team across different markets, validate requests against available supply plans and trading priorities• Process purchases orders with suppliers and monitors shipment, and delivery stages2. Supplier and Procurement Coordination• Collaborate with suppliers at all stages of order execution• Track order status, resolve discrepancies or delays, and ensure accurate documentation (contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc.)• Conduct supplier search and onboard for new product lines or sourcing opportunities upon request3. Logistics and Delivery Monitoring• Coordinate with logistics providers to plan shipments and update product availability schedules• Monitor goods movement in transit, ports, and warehouses• Resolve operational issues such as transport delays, customs clearance problems, or damages• Ensure all shipment data and documentation are accurately reflected in internal IT tools4. Inventory and Reporting• Maintain up-to-date inventory balance records across warehouses and transit locations• Analyze stock turnover and propose optimization measures• Prepare regular reports on stock status, supply reliability, and goods in transit5. Supply Chain Analysis and Improvement• Collect and analyze data from logistics, shipping, and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas• Evaluate supplier and logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, lead time, cost performance)• Support development of coordinated plans with sales, finance, and operations to achieve business growth targets
