• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and stable operations.• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and plans for machinery, equipment, and company infrastructure, and monitor implementation.• Prepare maintenance reports, improvement proposals• Track and manage maintenance records, and propose upgrades or replacements for outdated or underperforming equipment.• Participate in the renovation and improvement of company facilities. Identify and select contractors, negotiate and review contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness• Collaborate with relevant departments (Purchasing, Administration, Production, etc.) to plan and coordinate procurement, installation.• Proficiently use office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting, data analysis, and work management.
