In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Salses Training & Quality Control Department, using your skills to manage and enhance business training activities at VinFast, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct quality checks, while organizing and managing Elearning courseJob ResponsibilitiesOperations and Reporting:• Oversee business training activities, including planning, implementing, and monitoring programs.• Develop and maintain reporting systems on training results, progress, and issues.• Analyze data and create reports on training effectiveness, recommending improvements.Training Quality Control:• Ensure training programs meet quality standards.• Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality checks on training programs.• Develop and maintain quality control processes.Training Effectiveness:• Assess training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.• Analyze results and suggest improvements.• Conduct research and surveys to adjust training programs.Organization and Management of eLearning Courses:• Manage and implement eLearning programs, including planning and content development.• Ensure eLearning courses meet training needs and quality standards.• Monitor and evaluate course effectiveness and engagement, making improvements as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION• Contact potential customers using existing data;• Study the needs of each customer to provide essential information about the school in both Vietnamese and English;• Work with Marketing Department to organize admissions fairs and parent workshops;• Provide consultation for, convince and enroll new pupils;• Coordinate with School Managers to implement entry procedure and activities targeting pupils, ensuring accuracy and admission progress;• Perform enrollment procedure for new pupils and make sure their portfolios are fully updated;• Enroll pupils in extracurricular clubs as assigned by leader;• Propose ideas on admission campaigns and strategies.• Receive and handle customer requests in all forms (face to face, via email or telephone), ensuring that response is provided within the prescribed time limit;• Record requests and responses on CRM and contribute ideas to develop the CRM system;• Proactively take care of parents and pupils according to guidelines, ensuring their access to the latest information and parent satisfaction;• Ensure school/system notifications and messages are fully and promptly conveyed to parents.

• Tìm kiếm và liên hệ khách hàng tiềm năng: Theo danh sách data được cung cấp từ các hoạt động, chiến dịch Marketing của công ty, đồng thời chủ động tìm kiếm thêm khách hàng tiềm năng qua các kênh mạng xã hội, sự kiện thường niên với câu lạc bộ và nhà trường , các triển lãm du học, hội thảo học thuật...
• Tiếp nhận nhu cầu và thuyết phục khách hàng: Đăng ký trải nghiệm và ghi danh trong lĩnh vực tư vấn xét tuyển đại học trong nước và chương trình du học ở nước ngoài, đồng thời đào tạo về các chứng chỉ học thuật quốc tế, AP, SAT/ACT, IELTS/TOEFL...
• Duy trì và mở rộng mối quan hệ với khách hàng: Chăm sóc khách hàng cũ và xây dựng mối quan hệ lâu dài với các khách hàng mới để phát triển thêm nguồn khách hàng tiềm năng.
• Phối hợp tổ chức sự kiện: Tham gia các buổi hội thảo, triển lãm giáo dục, và các sự kiện tuyển sinh nhằm mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng và quảng bá chương trình du học.
• Đảm bảo đạt được chỉ tiêu doanh số: Chịu trách nhiệm về chỉ tiêu doanh số được giao theo kế hoạch hàng tháng/quý/năm.
• Báo cáo và theo dõi kết quả kinh doanh: Cập nhật thông tin, theo dõi tình hình khách hàng và báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ cho cấp trên.
