Trách nhiệm chínhThiết kế kiến trúc doanh nghiệpXây dựng và duy trì bản đồ kiến trúc tổng thể bao gồm các lớp: nghiệp vụ, ứng dụng, dữ liệu, công nghệ, bảo mật và tích hợp.Định nghĩa các tiêu chuẩn, nguyên tắc và framework kiến trúc cho toàn hệ sinh thái công nghệ ngân hàng (ưu tiên theo TOGAF hoặc Zachman).Quy hoạch và đồng bộ chiến lược công nghệPhối hợp với các đơn vị nghiệp vụ và kỹ thuật để đảm bảo chiến lược kinh doanh được chuyển hóa thành thiết kế kiến trúc phù hợp.Tham gia lập kế hoạch công nghệ trung và dài hạn, xây dựng bản đồ năng lực nghiệp vụ (Business Capability Map) và lộ trình chuyển đổi.Đánh giá và kiểm soát kiến trúcThẩm định các giải pháp công nghệ do các đơn vị đề xuất, đảm bảo tuân thủ kiến trúc chung.Phối hợp với Solution Architect, Dev, QC để giám sát và điều chỉnh kiến trúc trong quá trình triển khai dự án.Quản trị vòng đời hệ thốngTheo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả kiến trúc hiện có, đề xuất cải tiến, thay thế hoặc nâng cấp.Duy trì kho dữ liệu kiến trúc (Architecture Repository) phục vụ quản lý tài sản công nghệ.Hướng dẫn và tư vấnCung cấp hướng dẫn kiến trúc cho các dự án chiến lược như core banking, digital platform, CRM, LOS,...Hỗ trợ đào tạo đội ngũ kỹ thuật trong việc hiểu và áp dụng đúng mô hình kiến trúc doanh nghiệp.3. Thiết kế & phát triển ứng dụng di động đa nền tảng với Flutter 3+. Xây dựng kiến trúc BLoC / MVVM / Clean Architecture, quản lý trạng thái (Riverpod, Provider, MobX). Tối ưu hiệu năng (Skia, isolate, lazy-load) & trải nghiệm người dùng. Tích hợp dịch vụ đám mây, API bên thứ ba (AWS Rekognition Face Liveness, Firebase, REST/GraphQL). Áp dụng CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions), test unit/widget/integration.
