It is the action surface for GHN’s operations: connecting organization structures, regions, Hub/Depot, frontline teams, vehicles and devices, and integrating with internal systems (Data, Warehouse Systems, Network, HRM…). With AI Co-pilot, Gtalk turns signals into action cards, assigns owners, tracks feedback, and powers listening + logging + traceability across the company. In this role, you will:Define and execute the quality strategy for a high-scale internal platform serving a fast-moving logistics organization (20,000+ users, 1,000+ hubs, multi-role collaboration in real time).Translate operational and product insights into a practical testing roadmap that safeguards critical user journeys: alert → action card → assignment → execution → feedback → learning loop.Embed quality into system design for integrations, observability, security, role-based access, and audit-ready traceability — ensuring Gtalk is reliable under peak operational pressure.Partner tightly with Product, Engineering, Ops teams to validate requirements, shape test strategy, execute plans, and ensure outcomes match real operational needs.Drive continuous quality improvement through measurable KPIs (automation coverage, defect leakage, MTTR, incident recurrence), root-cause analysis, and strong QE practices across the Gtalk team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the quality strategy, standards, and execution for Gtalk from the ground up, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and usability for real-time operational coordination.Lead end-to-end testing for core Gtalk flowsDesign, implement, and maintain an automation framework covering API/integration tests, workflow tests, and end-to-end scenarios across cross-system integrations (HRM Join/Leave, permissions, Ticketing, Network, Ops systems).Establish performance, stress, and scalability testing to ensure Gtalk remains stable and responsive during peak seasons and large-scale incidents (high concurrency, burst notifications, heavy thread activity, large group interactions).Validate security and access control rigorously, including role-based permissions, regional/Hubs-level data boundaries, and automatic Join/Leave flows to prevent data leakage and “stale group” risks.Drive shift-left quality practices: CI/CD integration, testability and observability requirements, contract testing for integrations, test data management, and quality gates that prevent regressions.Monitor and report quality KPIs (defect leakage, automation ratio, cycle time, MTTD/MTTR, reliability incidents, integration failure rate), and lead continuous improvement with clear root-cause actions.
