A. Job purpose- Key Account Executive supports Key Account Manager (MT Channel) listing in key modern trade channels across Vietnam.- This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of Modern Trade and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Besides, being in charge of supporting Key Account Manager to boost sales revenue from modern trade (MT) channel and responsible on ensuring full availability & visibility of key account in-charge in the assigned sites- Key success factors for this position: o Supporting buyers, store managers and regional managers of retail chains on times. o Identifying opportunities & challenges from the market & competitors and proposing a suitable action plan. o Follow up and tracking key account metrics. o Managing Modern Trade Channel at national/ area level.B. Job description1. Manage and monitor promotions (timing, allocation, stock delivery, execution).2. Prepare plan for own in-charge sales teams/ Merchandisers/ PGs, monitor them by daily trade visits and report to Key Account Manager (MT Channel).3. Check, implement, and support activities/sales plan/company policies and make sure that the target is achieved.4. Assess the performance of salesmen teams (if have), observe, and motivate them towards professionalism within a limited support framework form.5. Assist Key Account Manager in analysing MT channel sales opportunities & making proposals for improvement.6. Monitor competitor activities, develop, and implement appropriate counter proposals proactively.7. Do periodical & required reports (daily).

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code. Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices. Write clean, testable code and perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality. Contribute to the improvement of our CI/CD pipeline and development processes

Thu thập & phân tích yêu cầu: Làm việc với khách hàng/stakeholder để thu thập, làm rõ và chuẩn hóa yêu cầu; lập URD/BRD và các tài liệu liên quan theo chuẩn dự án. Mô hình hóa & đề xuất giải pháp: Phân tích quy trình AS-IS/TO-BE, xác định phạm vi và ràng buộc; đề xuất giải pháp nghiệp vụ và kỹ thuật sơ bộ phù hợp. Đặc tả yêu cầu: Soạn SRS, Use Case/User Stories, xác định Acceptance Criteria; thiết kế wireframe/mockup khi cần để làm rõ hành vi hệ thống. Tư vấn nghiệp vụ: Đưa ra khuyến nghị dựa trên phân tích dữ liệu, benchmark, mục tiêu kinh doanh, đồng thời nhận diện rủi ro và giả định. Phối hợp triển khai: Làm việc với PM/Dev/QA/Design để truyền đạt yêu cầu, quản lý change request và đảm bảo traceability giữa các giai đoạn phát triển. Tài liệu & chuyển giao: Biên soạn User Guide, FAQ, Release Notes, hỗ trợ đào tạo người dùng, go-live và xử lý phản hồi sau triển khai. Bổ sung theo dự án: Có thể thực hiện thêm PRD, Product Backlog, BPMN, Data Dictionary, NFR, RACI, Risk Log, API spec tùy theo đặc thù dự án.

Phát triển và tối ưu ứng dụng web hiệu năng cao, trải nghiệm mượt trên desktop & mobile. Thiết kế UI/UX, xây dựng component library dùng React 18+ & TypeScript. Tích hợp RESTful/GraphQL API, OAuth2/JWT, WebSocket. Viết unit test, e2e test, đảm bảo chất lượng mã nguồn (ESLint/TSLint, Prettier, SonarQube). Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội Backend, DevOps và UI/UX Designer.

Phát triển, bảo trì, nâng cấp, sửa lỗi và tối ưu phần mềm (cả front-end và back-end). Xây dựng và tích hợp API (RESTful, gRPC, SOAP, MQTT) để kết nối hệ thống nội bộ và bên ngoài. Tham gia các dự án cải tiến sản phẩm hiện có hoặc xây dựng sản phẩm mới. Phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng, đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật, thiết kế kiến trúc phần mềm, cơ sở dữ liệu và giao diện người dùng (UI/UX). Viết tài liệu kỹ thuật, sơ đồ hệ thống và tham gia đầy đủ các giai đoạn của vòng đời phát triển phần mềm. Đề xuất lộ trình công nghệ phù hợp với chiến lược dài hạn của công ty.

Phát triển ứng dụng, Module ứng dụng Android theo phân phối của Team Leader. Tham gia phân tích, thiết kế kiến trúc, luồng nghiệp vụ của ứng dụng di động theo phân phối của team leader. Phối hợp với Mid Level/Senior Developer thực hành code review. Phối hợp với các team liên quan vận hành dự án theo quy trình. Tham gia hướng dẫn, đào tạo member mới. Được phép tự do nghiên cứu công nghệ mới, đề xuất ý tưởng đóng góp vào dự án.

A. Bán hàng & Phân phối (25%)• Thúc đẩy độ phủ sản phẩm cả về số lượng và chất lượng thông qua kế hoạch kinh doanh chung với nhà phân phối, dựa trên dữ liệu thị trường.• Phân tích báo cáo bán lẻ và số liệu bán hàng để xác định cơ hội cũng như khoảng trống, từ đó phối hợp với nhà phân phối để đưa ra danh mục sản phẩm phù hợp cho từng loại điểm bán.• Theo dõi hiệu quả làm việc của nhà phân phối nhằm đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số.B. Hàng hóa & Trưng bày (25%)• Đảm bảo sản phẩm luôn sẵn có tại điểm bán bằng cách thiết lập mức tồn kho tối thiểu/tối đa cùng với nhà phân phối.• Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ trưng bày POSM (vật phẩm quảng cáo tại điểm bán).• Tối ưu hóa khả năng nhận diện thương hiệu bằng cách phân bổ ngân sách POSM hợp lý và hướng dẫn lựa chọn điểm bán để đặt vật phẩm.C. Hiệu quả độ phủ (20%)• Xác định và quản lý nhóm điểm bán trọng yếu.• Thực hiện đầy đủ số lượng viếng thăm hằng ngày tại các điểm bán chủ lực của nhà phân phối để mang lại hiệu quả cao nhất.• Giám sát hiệu quả độ phủ của đội ngũ bán hàng nhà phân phối và điều chỉnh tần suất viếng thăm khi cần.D. Hoạt động thị trường & Người tiêu dùng (20%)• Tìm kiếm cơ hội kinh doanh tại thị trường thông qua các hoạt động tiếp thị trực tiếp, tập trung vào người tiêu dùng tại điểm bán để triển khai chiến lược thương hiệu, phát triển thị trường và nâng cao thị phần.• Chia sẻ thông tin thị trường cho các bộ phận Kinh doanh/Marketing.• Thống nhất mục tiêu, cách thức triển khai, công cụ hỗ trợ và KPI với các bên liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động đúng định hướng chung.• Triển khai chương trình tại điểm bán thông qua đào tạo đội ngũ nhà phân phối và cung cấp tài liệu hỗ trợ.• Đánh giá kết quả, chia sẻ các thành công và bài học kinh nghiệm để nhân rộng mô hình hiệu quả.E. Quản lý & Phát triển con người (10%)• Cùng nhà phân phối tổ chức các buổi đánh giá kết quả kinh doanh định kỳ hàng tuần/tháng.• Phối hợp xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo để nâng cao kỹ năng cho đội ngũ (ví dụ: kiến thức sản phẩm, tiêu chuẩn trưng bày).
