Mảng Quản lý Quy trình- Xây dựng và đề xuất kế hoạch hoạt động Quản lý và Xây dựng Quy trình, kế hoạch ngân sách và kiểm soát hoạt động trong ngân sách được duyệt.- Xây dựng kế hoạch công việc cụ thể, kế hoạch phát triển cá nhân cho nhân viên, KPIs, đánh giá nhân sự, đào tạo phát triển nhân sự cho Phòng.- Báo cáo quản trị cho Giám đốc Trung tâm Quản lý và Kiểm soát Quy trình Kinh doanh và các cấp lãnh đạo theo yêu cầu định kỳ và đột xuất.- Quản lý, phân công nhiệm vụ và kiểm soát kết quả thực hiện của các CBNV thuộc Phòng.- Chịu trách nhiệm về tính tuân thủ của Phòng với các tiêu chuẩn, nguyên tắc của ngân hàng.Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức và thực hiện mọi công việc chuyên môn thuộc chức năng nhiệm vụ của Phòng theo đúng mức dịch vụ đã được cam kết:- Kiểm soát chất lượng Văn bản định chế do các Đơn vị nghiệp vụ xây dựng trước khi trình ban hành.- Xây dựng quy trình (Bao gồm toàn bộ quy trình cung cấp sản phẩm dịch vụ theo yêu cầu của các Khối Kinh doanh trên toàn hệ thống, xây dựng toàn bộ quy trình tại quầy và các quy trình hỗ trợ vận hành khác,…).- Thực hiện công tác lập kế hoạch xây dựng văn bản hàng năm và theo dõi việc thực hiện kế hoạch của các Đơn vị.- Đầu mối tại Khối Vận hành hỗ trợ hoạt động phát triển sản phẩm cho tất cả các Đơn vị kinh doanh.- Xây dựng thư viện lưu trữ văn bản quy trình, đảm bảo các thuộc tính liên quan đến văn bản quy trình và các tiêu chuẩn được duy trì;- Thực hiện các chương trình/dự án hoạch định, chuẩn hóa, cải tiến hệ thống văn bản theo hướng thuận tiện, tinh gọn, dễ sử dụng tại GPBank; 2. Mảng CXa. Xây dựng Chương trình nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng hàng năm trên cơ sở định hướng chiến lược của CXC và kế hoạch hành động của các Khối/Đơn vị trên toàn hàngb. Tổ chức triển khai (bao gồm: xây dựng chương trình, lên kế hoạch triển khai, điều phối các nguồn lực cần thiết, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai, trao đổi/truyền thông với các đơn vị liên quan, báo cáo định kỳ Ban lãnh đạo ...) các hoạt động Nâng cao trải nghiệm KHc. Công tác quản lý chung Phòng Hỗ trợ Vận hànhb. Tổ chức triển khai xây dựng, kiểm soát tuân thủ và cải tiến Cam kết chất lượng (SLAs) của các Đơn vị c. Tổ chức thực hiện, chịu trách nhiệm chính trong các công việc:- Thu thập bằng chứng, kiểm tra và tính toán toàn bộ các dữ liệu định lượng trong bộ KPIs của các Phòng/Trung tâm trực thuộc Khối Vận hành (KPIs của các Lãnh đạo Phòng/Trung tâm thuộc Khối) nhằm hỗ trợ Giám đốc Khối trong việc đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của các Phòng/Trung tâm thuộc Khối theo định kỳ đánh giá KPIs của Ngân hàng. Kiểm soát năng lực vận hành quy trình, tổng hợp, phân tích và báo cáo/cố vấn Ban lãnh đạo kịp thời về kết quả thực hiện các chỉ tiêu quy trình của các Đơn vị trong Khối so với mục tiêu (KPIs), những xu hướng, dự báo, những điểm cần cải thiện/điều chỉnh…- Theo dõi và Kiểm soát sử dụng ngân sách: Kiểm soát việc sử dụng ngân sách, đưa ra cảnh báo tới các Đơn vị trong Khối nhằm giảm thiểu tình trạng các đơn vị sử dụng ngân sách vượt kế hoạch. Job PurposeKfW Office Hanoi is looking for a (Senior) Sector Coordinator Energy and Sustainable Finance. The tasks include but are not limited to the following:Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks/Principal AccountabilityGeneral Tasks – Sector Monitoring and Analysis • Regularly monitor, collect and analyze data and update the team regarding developments in the national energy and financial sector, e.g. relevant changes in the regulation, stakeholders, etc.; • Provide technical input for the development of sector strategies as well as observation of capital market development, ratings of project partners etc.; • Advise the team on rules, regulations and procedures in Financial Cooperation in the Energy Sector and Sustainable Financing Sector in Vietnam; • Participate in sector related events, workshops and seminars relevant for KfW's energy and financial sector portfolio development, liaise with the relevant institutions and stakeholders; • Monitor the progress of ongoing and upcoming projects and activities of KfW in the Energy and Sustainable Finance Sector; • Support missions from KfW Frankfurt Head Office or representatives from the German Government in preparation to and during their stay in Vietnam. This activity includes preparation of and organizing meetings with relevant stakeholders, preparing travel schedule and activity plan, support drafting of minutes of meetings, organizing travel arrangement (in coordination with administrative staff), facilitate and – if required - interpret during meetings and others;Project origination and conceptual development • Identify new projects and programs in line with Government of Vietnam´s (GoV) strategies; • Liaise with relevant counterparts in Government, Financial Institutions and State Owned Companies in order to facilitate the origination of new projects and loans; • Support the Project Team in the acquisition and planning of new projects with conceptual design of new projects, in collaboration with local partners.Project Preparation • In cooperation with the project team, Prepare Memoranda of Understanding or Letter • Support with the planning, implementation and assessment of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies (including drafting of ToR):  Advising Project executing agencies (PEA) on Consultant Selection (according to KfW Procurement Guidelines) and financing options, and  Support evaluation, selection and contracting processes. • Support partners with the adherence to ToR, consideration of relevant German sector strategies, regulations; and • Overseeing contractual issues.Project Appraisal and Approvals • In cooperation with the project team, plan the project appraisal, including but not limited to technical and financial assessment, etc.; • Develop and discuss with designated PEA and Government workable implementation and financing structures; and • participate in the preparation and appraisal (together with responsible Portfolio Managers, Technical Experts, Environmental and Social Safeguards Experts, and others) of projects.Project Approvals • Monitor, support and follow up on project approvals within the governance structure of KfW’s partner institutions; and • Support preparation, negotiation, and signing of Financing/ Loan and Separate Agreements.Project Implementation and Closure • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of projects according to the KfW rules and regulations, including but not limited to procurement of goods and services, monitoring of usage of funds, regular progress monitoring, etc.; • Monitoring of contractually agreed service delivery by consultants and contractors; • Support the drafting of minutes of meetings or monitoring reports; • Facilitate and support the disbursement of funds; • Support partners in compiling and drafting project related data and documents; • Monitoring and evaluation of business related developments of the borrower/partner, economic and financial risk situation and relevant market drivers; and • Ensure continuous communication with partners and promptly share all relevant information with the Project Team, Lead Sector Coordinator and/or the Director, which require attention and further action.

- Kiểm soát hoạt động vận hành của các khu vực (Phố đi bộ/Chương trình biểu diễn...)- Tìm kiếm các sáng kiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng show diễn và đưa ra các tiết mục sáng tạo mới nhằm làm phong phú hơn nội dung biểu diễn- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát chất lượng, bố trí nhân sự đảm bảo công tác vận hành các chương trình/ hoạt động biểu diễn- Kiểm soát tình trạng trang thiết bị, công cụ dụng cụ, cơ sở hạ tầng phục vụ các hoạt động biểu diễn, cho vận hành đảm bảo đúng/đủ theo tiêu chuẩn set up các khu vực.- Định kỳ/ đột xuất kiểm tra thông tin phản hồi, bình luận của khách trên các trang mạng xã hội hoặc thông qua bộ phận DVKH để cải tiến, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ- Lập kế hoạch hành động, kế hoạch định kỳ, tổ chức triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch hành động, kế hoạch định kỳ của bộ phận- Kiểm tra rà soát các vấn đề liên quan đến an ninh an toàn - PCCN; rà soát bảng biển, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ, cơ sở vật chất, các HĐ Pháp Lý, bản quyền, giấy phép trong phạm vi quản lý- Thực hiện, kiểm soát việc mua sắm hàng hóa, dịch vụ hiệu quả theo đúng ngân sách, định mức, hạn mức phí- Kiểm soát, hỗ trợ nhân viên và chủ động giải quyết các vướng mắc, phàn nàn của khách hàng và báo cáo CBLĐ trực tiếp các trường hợp vượt khả năng giải quyết.- Xây dựng & thực hiện kế hoạch hỗ trợ kinh doanh tại các khu vực có tổ chức các hoạt động biểu diễn- Thực hiện các công việc được ủy quyền khác.

Follow up on advance and reimbursement of the employee. • Consolidate data to make reports. • Store accounting files, supplier statements and invoices on general drive and soft file. • Other duties as assigned.
