As Technical Leader for an enterprise client, you will engage with stakeholders across all levels to bridge business and technology, translating challenges into effective technical solutions that support client goals. You are expected to collaborate with teams and managers, understand business drivers, and provide technical expertise to guide decision-making. Your role also includes technical support, troubleshooting, and coaching team members to improve daily work. Additionally, you help establish best practices in software development to drive efficiency and effectiveness. JOB DESCRIPTIONLead and guide the frontend team in designing, building, and optimizing web applications, ensuring high-quality, reusable, and performant code.Oversee project initiation, resource allocation, clear task assignment, and take responsibility for timelines and milestones.Make critical technical decisions, such as technology selection, front-end architecture (including client-side/server-side rendering), and backend integration.Write high-quality code, review team members’ code, and optimize application speed and scalability.Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues.Communicate effectively with stakeholders (PMs, BAs, clients, international teams) and collaborate in a multicultural environment.Mentor and coach mid/senior engineers, conduct code reviews and help drive best practices.Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions and estimates.
