Hướng dẫn & đồng hành cùng đối tác• Tổ chức các buổi đào tạo, hướng dẫn bán hàng cho nhân sự của công ty đối tác (sản phẩm, chính sách, quy trình…).• Hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc, xử lý vướng mắc trong quá trình bán hàng của đối tác.• Cập nhật thường xuyên thông tin dự án, tiến độ, chính sách để đối tác nắm bắt kịp thời.2.3. Bán hàng và hỗ trợ giao dịch• Tiếp nhận khách hàng do đối tác giới thiệu và trực tiếp tư vấn, chốt giao dịch sản phẩm bất động sản (cả thấp tầng và cao tầng).• Hỗ trợ đối tác trong việc tổ chức gặp mặt, đưa khách đi xem dự án, ký kết hợp đồng.• Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan để hoàn tất hồ sơ giao dịch, giải ngân, thanh toán.2.4. Quản lý và báo cáo• Theo dõi số lượng khách hàng, giao dịch và doanh thu đến từ từng đối tác.• Đề xuất chính sách thúc đẩy phù hợp theo từng đối tượng và giai đoạn.• Báo cáo định kỳ tuần/tháng cho quản lý trực tiếp về tình hình hợp tác và kết quả bán hàng.

Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và thiết kế kịch bản kiểm thử dữ liệu (Data Test Cases) cho các hệ thống ETL/ELT và Data Pipelines.Thực hiện kiểm thử dữ liệu (Data Validation, Data Integrity, Data Transformation) để đảm bảo dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn được xử lý chính xác, đúng logic.Phát hiện và báo cáo các lỗi, sự không nhất quán hoặc bất thường trong dữ liệu và luồng xử lý.Viết và duy trì các script tự động hóa kiểm thử dữ liệu bằng Python, tích hợp vào quy trình CI/CD.Thực hiện kiểm thử phi chức năng (Non-functional testing) như kiểm thử hiệu năng và tải (Load Testing) cho các hệ thống dữ liệu.Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội ngũ Data Engineer, Developer và Business Analyst để xác định, phân tích và báo cáo lỗi dữ liệu.Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các công cụ, kỹ thuật mới (e.g., dbt, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Dremio) nhằm tối ưu hóa hiệu quả kiểm thử Data Platform.
