Lead the Marine team and responsible for the Profit and Loss (P/L) for the Marine department. Develop the Technical Services business strategy in conjunction with the Group’s objective. Develop and foster strong network with local authorities: Port Authorities, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Science and Technology, Vinamarine, VNTA.Operational Excellence & Compliance• Maintain high quality standards of operational procedures and ensure compliance with legal, insurance, and operational risk management standards to safeguard the company’s interests and meet the customer's expectations.• Foster good relationships with local port authorities and various stakeholders related to our business.• The role requires developing new ideas to improve businesses mainly related to marine technical services serving vessel, heavy cargo loadout, marine loadout and other auxiliary services to IL’s customers.Strategic Account Management• Maintain and expand business opportunities with selected key accounts on a regional basis, collaborating with the Group team to drive growth.• Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.• Act as the main liaison for key account customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.• Provide customized logistics solutions to meet client needs, achieving performance targets for sales growth and revenue.Leadership & Team Coordination• Build and lead a team of people who are responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline and value-added services for both internal and external customers.• Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance service delivery.• Cultivate excellent services by delivering the operation on time & cost-effectively.Financial Oversight• Manage settlement, invoices, profit split calculations.• Identify and correct errors in supplier invoices while ensuring adherence to financial and quality controls.Proposal & Contract Management• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals by integrating quotations from all relevant parties.• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with customers while managing payment disputes, claims, and vendor relationships.Reporting & Performance Tracking• Set periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) review meetings with both local and Group teams.• Prepare reports for senior management to assess key account performance and business progress.• Other assignment as delegated by Reporting Manager
