Quản lý chi phí – thanh quyết toán- Tổng hợp báo cáo, kiểm tra chi phí sửa chữa – linh kiện – công lắp đặt của các ASC miền Trung & miền Nam hàng tháng.- Kiểm tra và làm thủ tục thanh toán cho chi phí chuyển phát hàng tháng của phòng Bảo hành.- Đối chiếu và đề xuất thanh toán cho các ASC theo đúng quy định.- Đảm bảo chi phí bảo hành minh bạch, hợp lệ và tối ưu.5. Vận hành & phúc lợi - Giám sát việc tuân thủ chính sách vận hành, quy trình dịch vụ và các tiêu chuẩn đánh giá chất lượng.- Theo dõi, đề xuất các hạng mục hỗ trợ/ phúc lợi cho ASC theo quy định của công ty.- Đảm bảo ASC duy trì hình ảnh và tác phong chuyên nghiệp đúng tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu Ariston.6. Báo cáo & phân tích- Báo cáo hiệu suất hoạt động ASC định kỳ: số lượng ca bảo hành, tồn đọng, chi phí, lỗi sản phẩm…- Đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và giảm thiểu lỗi phát sinh từ thị trường.7. Quản lý linh kiên- Kiểm tra tình trạng linh kiện tồn kho và order linh kiện thiếu về 3 kho linh kiện của phòng Bảo Hành hàng tháng.- Phối hợp với kế toán để bán linh kiện cho các TTBHUQ & NPP ở khu vực MT & MN.- Thực hiện các thủ tục trên hệ thống SAP & phối hợp với phòng Logistic để xuất linh kiện cho các đơn hàng nước ngoài.- Phối hợp với phòng QC & phòng kế toán để hủy các LK hỏng hàng tháng.- Xác nhận số lượng linh kiện hỏng từ MT & MN gửi về nhà máy hàng tuần với phòng QCQuyền hạn- Quyết định tình trạng bảo hành từng sự vụ theo chính sách công ty.- Phê duyệt hoặc từ chối các chi phí bảo hành, hóa đơn, chứng từ liên quan.- Đề xuất khen thưởng – chế tài đối với các ASC không tuân thủ quy trình.- Đề xuất thay đổi ASC (chấm dứt hợp đồng hoặc mở mới).

Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:a. Information Security Assurance- Participate in projects, developing and deploying technology to ensure Information Security for systems to be built, including stages: analysis, building requirements Information security, design Information security, threat modeling, source code review, testing and building controls to ensure Information Security.- Research and develop necessary information security solutions to prevent attacks and incidents Information security, ensure security and safety for the entire information system of the company.- Coordinate with the Information Security supervisory department in handling information security incidents.- Set up and monitor the implementation of company's information security process, regulations, standards, guidelines and policies in accordance with the regulations of the government and international organizations- Implement and maintain compliance with international standards PCI-DSS, ISO, SWIFT CSP.- Implement and maintain compliance with company's policies, circulars and regulations by law.- Regularly perform compliance and integrity checksof the security policy configuration in the internal system company detects violations or insider attacks.- Coordinate with Compliance Assessment and Risk Management units to assess the compliance of technology systems according to policies, regulations, standards, processes, checklists.Key Accountabilities (2)2. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security:+ Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period.+ Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the company through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the company.+ Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP.+ Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities:+ Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications ; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited.+ Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift).+ Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database.
