- Triển khai biện pháp thi công các công trình văn phòng, nhà hàng, khách sạn, resort, ....

- Giám sát thi công tại công trình

- Theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng công trình

- Đôn đốc, phối hợp các đội nhóm thực hiện tại công trình.

- Báo cáo tình trạng thi công hàng ngày tại công trình cho Chỉ huy công trình/ Quản lý dự án/ Giám đốc dự án (tiến độ, chất lượng, khối lượng).

- Cảnh báo các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, khối lượng và tiến độ công trình.

- Địa điểm làm việc tại các dự án: HN, Quảng Ninh, Cam Ranh, HCM,....

1. Thực hiện công tác hồ sơ đầu vào các dự án.

2. Thực hiện công tác hồ sơ nghiệm thu, hồ sơ hoàn công tại các dự án.

3.Theo dõi tiến độ, nhân lực, Máy móc thiết bị, chuẩn bị thi công các dự án.

4.Triển khai tổ chức thi công hạng mục theo đúng BPTC được duyệt các dự án .

5.Thực hiện công tác hoàn ứng theo đúng quy định của công ty.

6.Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inbound Tour Operator to join our growing operations team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tour operations.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations and tourism services.

• Good understanding of Southeast Asia destinations including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Bali is an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience working with international travelers and overseas travel agents.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online reservation systems.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily tour operations for Vietnam and Southeast Asia travel programs.

• Coordinate and confirm bookings with hotels, cruises, transportation providers, guides, airlines, and local suppliers.

• Prepare operation files, service vouchers, rooming lists, and travel documents.

• Monitor all services before and during client travel to ensure smooth operation.

• Communicate with suppliers and partners regarding reservations, amendments, and special requests.

• Support the Sales Team in itinerary planning and product updates.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate booking records and supplier databases.

• Conduct quality control and service follow-up after tours.

• Assist in developing new products and improving operational procedures.

• Participate in destination inspections and supplier visits when required.
