• We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven candidate with strong experience in print production, point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, and event management. This role requires someone who can manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring all elements — whether for retail spaces, brand activation, or live events — are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.• Print & POS: ◦ Manage end-to-end production of print and POS marketing assets including signage, displays, packaging, and promotional collateral. ◦ Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to develop solutions that meet brand standards and technical specifications. ◦ Oversee print proofing, production timelines, vendor coordination, and distribution logistics. ◦ Support sustainability goals by incorporating eco-conscious practices and materials where possible.• Events: ◦ Plan and execute brand activations, in-store promotions, exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events. ◦ Coordinate event logistics but not limited to sourcing for venues, managing suppliers, arranging installations, entertainers and staffing where needed. ◦ Ensure consistency across printed materials, event branding, and customer touchpoints.• Project Management: ◦ New business development. ◦ Lead cross-functional project teams including creative, production, procurement, and account management. ◦ Track budgets, monitor timelines, and deliver regular progress reports to internal and client stakeholders. ◦ Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring the highest standards of delivery across all channels.
