Mục đích công việc: Tổ chức, điều phối và giám sát hoạt động khảo sát, lắp đặt, bảo trì hệ thống gas công nghiệp đảm bảo an toàn – đúng kỹ thuật – đúng tiến độ – đúng chi phí.

Nhiệm vụ cụ thể
A. Quản lý & điều phối nhóm kỹ thuật
– Phân công và giám sát công việc lắp đặt/bảo trì theo kế hoạch, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
– Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, xử lý vấn đề phát sinh tại hiện trường và đề xuất nhu cầu nhân sự, đào tạo, công cụ dụng cụ, vật tư.
B. Khảo sát & lắp đặt hệ thống gas công nghiệp
– Trực tiếp (hoặc cùng đội) khảo sát hiện trạng, đo đạc và đề xuất giải pháp, phương án thi công hệ thống gas công nghiệp.
– Kiểm tra bản vẽ, biện pháp an toàn và giám sát lắp đặt theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy định an toàn và yêu cầu khách hàng.
C. Phối hợp lập dự toán & hồ sơ kỹ thuật
– Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh/Kỹ thuật lập dự toán đầu tư, cải tạo, bảo trì hệ thống gas.
– Chuẩn bị/kiểm tra hồ sơ nghiệm thu, bàn giao và hướng dẫn vận hành cho khách hàng.
D. Bảo trì hệ thống gas & sửa chữa thiết bị
– Tổ chức và/hoặc trực tiếp thực hiện bảo trì hệ thống gas, sửa bếp và các thiết bị liên quan theo kế hoạch.
– Đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, hạn chế sự cố và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng, bảo quản an toàn.
– Lập báo cáo tiến độ, chất lượng, sự cố và chi phí liên quan đến các công trình và hoạt động bảo trì.
– Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc/Quản lý trực tiếp.
