Job Purpose1. Automation & số hoá quy trình báo cáo: Tự động hoá pipeline dữ liệu/refresh báo cáo bằng Power Query, SQL job hoặc script ETL nhỏ (Python).• Tối ưu cách trích xuất dữ liệu từ D365 và đóng gói thành báo cáo chuẩn (daily/weekly/monthly).• Viết tài liệu: KPI definition, data dictionary, hướng dẫn sử dụng dashboard.D. Phân tích & hỗ trợ cải tiến: Phân tích ad-hoc và đề xuất cải tiến dữ liệu và quy trình dựa trên quan sát thực tế và kết quả phân tích.

- Tiếp nhận kế hoạch hành động tháng của Phòng Thanh tra đã được Lãnh đạo Khối phê duyệt; tiếp nhận chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ Lãnh đạo Khối/Lãnh đạo bộ phận theo từng sự vụ.- Lập, đề xuất kế hoạch và thực hiện kiểm tra dự án và các chuyên đề kiểm tra theo phân công.- Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ quy trình, quy định; kiểm tra, kiểm soát một số công việc của các bộ phận liên quan.- Kiểm tra chất lượng, tiến độ thi công, hồ sơ pháp lý, hồ sơ chất lượng, biện pháp thi công, bản vẽ shopdrawing, tiến độ thi công chi tiết/tổng thể, nhật ký thi công.- Kiểm tra công tác an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường, phòng cháy chữa cháy.- Thực hiện cảnh báo, truyền thông, đào tạo các lỗi vi phạm; tổng hợp kỷ yếu thi công.- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ và báo cáo theo sự vụ; đề xuất xử lý vi phạm (nếu có) và các giải pháp, phương án xử lý.- Tham gia xây dựng, bổ sung, điều chỉnh quy trình, quy định, tài liệu đào tạo;

- Lập kế hoạch, khai thác và quản lý khách hàng cá nhân theo khu vực, địa bàn và phân khúc khách hàng;- Triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng, thẩm định và lên phương án cho vay;- Quản lý, giám sát hiệu quả hoạt động và kiểm soát mục tiêu/KPIs của nhân viên thuộc bộ phận;- Định kỳ rà soát, đánh giá hiệu quả khách hàng và xây dựng phương án nhằm gia tăng hiệu quả khách hàng;- Đề xuất, phối hợp, thực hiện các biện pháp trong việc xử lý nợ dưới tiêu chuẩn đối với khách hàng trong danh mục quản lý;- Lập báo cáo định kỳ theo quy định;- Đảm bảo phát triển chuyên môn và đào tạo cho cán bộ bán hàng, chuyên viên hỗ trợ kinh doanh.

- Nhận và giải đáp tất cả yêu cầu từ khách hàng qua điện thoại, email, facebook... thông qua điện thoại, facetime, email, text message,...- Gọi ra hỗ trợ khách, trả lời kết quả cho khách do yêu cầu của khách trước đó hoặc từ các bộ phận khác.- Cập nhật kiến thức, nghiệp vụ chuyên môn để nâng cao nghiệp vụ- Tham gia xây dựng và hoàn thiện kiến thức nghiệp vụ chăm sóc khách hàng, đóng góp ý kiến để hoàn thiện quy trình hoạt động của bộ phận.- Chủ động liên hệ, thăm hỏi và ghi nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khách hàng để giúp cải thiện hệ thống dịch vụ.- Giải quyết, các trường hợp complaint và cancel phát sinh từ khách hàng hoặc do các bộ phận khác transfer.- Tiêp nhận, giải đáp thắc mắc và hỗ trợ khách hàng để đảm bảo khách hàng được phục vụ tốt nhất (đã là khách của công ty).- Liên lạc và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty sau khi đội sales lấy khách về .- Lấy thông tin từ khách hàng và chuyển giao cho phòng kĩ thuật để hoàn thiện dịch vụ cho khách hàng.- Chủ động liên hệ, ghi nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khách hàng để giúp cải thiện hệ thống dịch vụ.- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của nhân viên quản lý- Thực hiện báo cáo phát sinh theo yêu cầu hoặc định kỳ theo tuần/tháng/quý/năm

Material flow design expert is responsible for material flow design, green & brown field implementation, automation implementation, and project management. As a material flow design expert, you need to :• Evaluate material flow requirement, such as space/layout, mobile equipment & facilities, route planning, logistics systems, and manning.• Design material flow proposal for green field or brown field.• Lead logistics automation implementation.• Execute logistics project management.• Design and establish material flow proposal, cover logistics operation from good receiving, put away, storage, kitting & sequence, line feeding, and material transfer between workshops.• Develop Plan for Every Part (PFEP), material feeding strategy, storage mode evaluation, space requirement calculation, layout, equipment & facilities selection, route planning, systems, manning.• Alignment with Shop ME / Purchase / Inbound / Packaging teams for efficient Material Flow.• SOW/SOR, order placement, installation & commissioning (Hi-Bay, mobile equipment, automation facility, supermarket & line racks, racks for kitting/sequencing/delivery to line).• Be able to propose effective optimization directions for logistics information systems, improve logistics operation efficiency and quality, and reduce logistics operation cost.• Project feasibility studies.• Design and establish material flow proposal, cover logistics operation from good receiving, put away, storage, kitting & sequence, line feeding, and material transfer between workshops.• Develop Plan for Every Part (PFEP), material feeding strategy, storage mode evaluation, space requirement calculation, layout, equipment & facilities selection, route planning, systems, manning.• Alignment with Shop ME / Purchase / Inbound / Packaging teams for efficient Material Flow.• SOW/SOR, order placement, installation & commissioning (Hi-Bay, mobile equipment, automation facility, supermarket & line racks, racks for kitting/sequencing/delivery to line).• Be able to propose effective optimization directions for logistics information systems, improve logistics operation efficiency and quality, and reduce logistics operation cost.• Responsible for material flow design of green field/brown field, including building & utility requirement, supplier park, logistics strategy, logistics operation mode, investment budget planning & control, warehouse layout, space requirement, process layout analysis, line side position planning, automation implementation, headcount, etc.• Develop automation equipment selection criteria.• Lead the conceptual design of logistics automation projects (such as AGV, ASRS, conveyor, robot, etc.). To find the balance between complex layout, process, cost and delivery time constraints, and design simple and durable logistics automation solutions.• Review and confirm the supplier's technical solutions, including mechanical solutions, electrical control solutions, information system solutions, safety solutions, etc.• Lead the on-site debugging, problem investigation and resolution of logistics automation project.• Build the system architecture of logistics automation equipment and interact with production and logistics systems efficiently and stably. Business Partnering, Profitability & Commercial Excellence• Serve as a senior finance business partner to commercial, operations, and project teams, actively influencing business decisions from a financial and value-creation perspective.• Lead profitability, margin, and cost-to-serve analyses to support pricing strategies, contract structuring, and portfolio decisions.• Provide financial leadership in major commercial negotiations, bids, and contract reviews, including risk assessment and return analysis.• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, working capital, and overall financial performance.• Challenge assumptions, spot trends early, and provide fact-based recommendations to improve both top-line and bottom-line results.4. Governance, Risk Management & Controls• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and GEA Group policies.• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit readiness in line with best practices.• Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.• Conduct financial risk assessments and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.5. Tax, Treasury & FX Strategy• Oversee tax planning, transfer pricing compliance, and statutory obligations, balancing compliance with business efficiency.• Lead treasury and cash management, including working capital optimization and FX exposure management.• Monitor currency trends and provide strategic guidance on FX implications for pricing, contracts, and investment decisions.• Implement best-practice hedging and risk mitigation strategies aligned with corporate policies.6. Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Decision Support• Develop robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, M&A opportunities, and major projects.• Continuously track performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective or opportunistic actions.• Use data and analytics to provide predictive insights, not just historical analysis.7. Leadership, Talent Development & Collaboration• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team with a strong business partnering mindset.• Build finance capabilities in commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder influence.• Collaborate closely with regional shared-service centers to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.• Actively support the local leadership team in achieving strategic objectives and performance KPIs.8. Additional Responsibilities• Provide senior-level financial advisory and controlling support for Vietnam operations as required.• Undertake other responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Line Manager.
