Business Performance
• Prepare, implement and compile data for monthly reporting
• Set periodical Talent & Culture and training budget & forecast
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department
Talent & Culture Management
• Formulate and implement policies, procedures and standards pertaining to Human Resources Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare, Safety and Health, Employee Communication, Industrial Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management and Career Development in accordance with national, industry standards, laws and customs, and ensuring that they are complied with by other departments
• Oversee the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment law
• Develop and propose plans relating to present or future manpower requirements of the Hotel to ensure that the Hotel is correctly staffed according to the projected level of business
• Liaise with employment agencies and other sources for the recruitment of Management employees. Interview, assess and evaluate prospective employees
• Formulate and recommend a sound wage and salary system, which facilitates the attracting and retaining of staff
• Identify, prioritize and meet short and long term training and development needs of the Hotel
• Review the recommendations of staff promotions and career development by respective Executive Committee/Department Heads for the General Manager’s approval
• Represent the Hotel in collective bargaining and contacts with labour organizations and employee representations
• Prepare succession plan for the potentials for middle and senior management level with the department/division heads and General Manager
• Oversee the Hotel’s staff facilities including staff locker rooms, rest rooms, and staff restaurant
• Direct the Hotel’s employee events, social and recreational activities as well as employee recognition programs
• Edit staff newsletters and other in-house staff publications
• Act as an internal consultant in providing advice and guidance in the management and resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Team Management
• Interview, select and recruit Talent & Culture employees
• Identify and develop team members with potential
• Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the team
• Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism
• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to team members, obtain their feedback, rectify issues and provide a regular forum for department communication
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
• Supervise and manage daily activities of the department
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties
• Educate/train team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all local laws and safety regulations
• Work with Design and Construction team, engineers, and/or outside architects regarding renovations and other such projects; contact contractors for bids and meet with appropriate construction supervisors
• Supervise the maintenance and of repair the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents
• Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program
• Establish and maintain procedures with regards to the security and replenishment of the hotel’s inventory and assets, such as (not limited to) tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions etc.
• May be responsible for determining the security requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees, guests and patrons are protected against theft, crime, and other hazards, and/or manage the relationship with a third party security firm contracted for such purposes
• Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department

Team Management

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

– Quay dựng, edit video sản phẩm (máy đếm tiền, thiết bị ngân hàng…)
– Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động marketing theo định hướng công ty.
– Theo dõi xu hướng, bắt trend và ứng dụng phù hợp vào nội dung doanh nghiệp
– Chạy quảng cáo (Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads/Google Ads)
– Phân tích, báo cáo chỉ số quảng cáo và hiệu quả nội dung
– Phát triển kênh TikTok công ty theo định hướng xây dựng thương hiệu & bán hàng
– Thiết kế hình ảnh truyền thông (banner, thumbnail, catalogue…)
– Hỗ trợ livestream, tương tác khách hàng khi cần
– Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Nam/Nữ, độ tuổi từ 22–30.
– Tốt nghiệp ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
– Kinh nghiệm 6 tháng – 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương
– Biết chạy Ads (Facebook / Google / TikTok)
– Có kỹ năng quay dựng, edit video tốt
– Có khả năng viết nội dung tốt, tư duy marketing và sáng tạo.
– Biết sử dụng các công cụ: Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop,…
– Chủ động, trách nhiệm, ham học hỏi và có tinh thần teamwork.
* Ưu tiên:
– Ứng viên từng trực tiếp chạy chiến dịch quảng cáo
– Có video đạt tương tác cao (TikTok/Facebook)
