Chúng tôi cung cấp giải pháp kinh doanh và nền tảng bán hàng sáng tạo, cải thiện dịch vụ cho Nhà sản xuất, Nhà cung cấp, Nhà bán lẻ và Khách hàng.Mục Tiêu: Thực hiện công tác dự báo nhu cầu và lập kế hoạch nguồn cung theo từng chu kỳ; phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo tính chính xác của dự báo, tối ưu tồn kho và hỗ trợ vận hành – kinh doanh hiệu quả trong toàn chuỗi cung ứng.Nhiệm vụ chính:Thực hiện kế hoạch & dự báo- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan (Phát triển thị trường, Phát triển Kinh doanh, Marketing, Quản lý ngành hàng, Tài chính,…) để xây dựng và cập nhật dự báo nhu cầu thị trường, xây dựng kế hoạch nguồn lực nội bộ.- Triển khai, theo dõi và tối ưu các hoạt động liên quan đến kế hoạch nguồn cung: tồn kho an toàn, ngày lưu kho, tình trạng hết hàng tạm thời, dòng tiền,… nhằm đảm bảo nguồn cung ổn định, tối ưu chi phí tồn kho và giảm rủi ro gián đoạn hàng hóa.Theo dõi & cải tiến vận hành- Theo dõi các chỉ số vận hành liên quan đến kế hoạch thị trường (forecast accuracy, service level, DOH, DOI, các tầng chi phí, lợi nhuận,..) để đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động.- Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao độ chính xác của dự báo, tối ưu phân bổ nguồn lực và cải thiện hiệu quả kinh doanh. bám sát các chỉ số chính hàng ngày để đưa ra cảnh báo, phân tích chi tiết hơn và đề xuất các bộ phối hợp triển khai để xử lý vấn đề.Báo cáo & phân tích dữ liệu- Thực hiện phân tích, tổng hợp số liệu kế hoạch kinh doanh toàn trình theo từng chu kỳ, đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình kinh doanh- Đóng góp vào việc phát triển quy trình, mô hình và công cụ dự báo, giúp tăng cường khả năng ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu. GTE Localize is looking for 01 full-time Project Coordinator to join our expanding team.Please see the details below:JOB DESCRIPTION• Analyze project requirements (volume, deadline, fields of expertise, language pair, difficulty…) for turnaround time, resources, and budget.• Coordinate localization projects: assign tasks, resolve issues, support, and supervise the production team (engineers, suppliers, vendor managers).• Manage glossaries, CAT tools, and reference documents.• Manage project data: suppliers, cost, input and output files, etc.• Make decisions relating to project cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.• Anticipate, avoid, and mitigate risks.• Liaise directly with existing customers for new projects.• Follow up and coordinate quality, cost, and schedule report/data within the project.• Establish and maintain a fruitful relationship with the production team and vendors.• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
