Mục tiêu công việc:Phát triển thị trường và doanh số phân phối các sản phẩm máy bơm, van, thiết bị cơ điện cho các dự án bất động sản (chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu M&E, công ty tư vấn thiết kế...), đồng thời duy trì quan hệ khách hàng lâu dài. Nhiệm vụ chính: • Tìm kiếm, xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống khách hàng (chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu M&E, tư vấn thiết kế...). • Giới thiệu, tư vấn sản phẩm phù hợp với từng dự án: máy bơm nước, van, phụ kiện cơ điện... • Chào giá, tư vấn kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp theo yêu cầu hồ sơ mời thầu hoặc bản vẽ thiết kế. • Đàm phán và ký kết hợp đồng mua bán thiết bị với khách hàng. • Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng, kiểm soát giao hàng, nghiệm thu và hỗ trợ các thủ tục thanh toán. • Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện tại, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh sau bán hàng (bảo hành, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật...). • Cập nhật thông tin thị trường, đối thủ và sản phẩm mới để đề xuất hướng phát triển kinh doanh hiệu quả.
