Perform development activities to build new and maintain existing WEB-based software systems using Java Frameworks, Front-end frameworks and databases.Responsibilities Participate in developing web applications, new modules, features from beginning till end in the functional system (It can be Full-Stack from Frontend to Backend services and databases depends on skills and experiences). 1. Tổ chức thực hiện công việc làm vệ sinh của Tổ Tạp vụ - Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức, thực hiện và giám sát công tác vệ sinh tất cả các khu vực được phân công - Kiểm tra chất lượng hoạt động của các loại máy móc, trang thiết bị của bộ phận - đề xuất sửa chữa hoặc thay mới, mua mới khi có sự cố, hư hỏng - Quản lý số lượng và chất lượng trang thiết bị, công cụ dụng cụ, hóa chất được phân công, cấp phát cho bộ phận - Hướng dẫn nhân viên sử dụng các loại hóa chất, đảm bảo đạt hiệu quả và an toàn thân thể - Chỉ đạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên phân loại rác, thu gom, vận chuyển và xử lý rác thải đúng quy định. 3. Tổ chức đào tạo và quản lý nhân sự Tổ tạp vụ - Phối hợp với phòng nhân sự, phòng đào tạo lên kế hoạch tuyển dụng và tổ chức chương trình đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên mới - Trực tiếp đào tạo, bồi dưỡng và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên tiềm năng - Định kỳ đánh giá, xếp loại nhân viên trong bộ phận, làm căn cứ khen thưởng, tăng lương, thăng chức - Thực hiện và kiểm soát các vấn đề nhân sự (như: tăng ca, nghỉ phép, tuyển dụng công nhật...) một cách hợp lý và hiệu quả, theo đúng quy định - Bố trí nhân viên trong bộ phận tham gia đầy đủ các buổi đào tạo nâng cao tay nghề, hướng dẫn xử lý tình huống sự cố, biện pháp phòng chống rủi ro thường gặp như an toàn lao động, PCCC... 4. Công việc khác - Tham gia đầy đủ các cuộc họp và đào tạo, tập huấn nghiệp vụ cấp tổ trưởng, cấp quản lý do Công ty tổ chức - Ghi chép đầy đủ vào sổ bàn giao công việc hàng ngày và báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Công ty.
