Develop test plans, test procedures, test reports and manage testing efforts for assigned company’s projects. Research project documentation with the project team leader and project members Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions  Define testing method, exit criteria and measurement for test, considerations, resources and conditions for performing test. Create & Review test cases/ test plan. Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning.  Report bugs and errors to development teams. Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability. Analyze change requests and update test documents (Test plan, test cases,…). Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Review and report test status to the QC Manager
