Đào tạo và hỗ trợ người dùng cuối:Đào tạo nhân viên trong công ty về cách sử dụng các hệ thống CNTT mới, đảm bảo họ hiểu rõ các chức năng và quy trình làm việc liên quan.Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng cuối, giải đáp các thắc mắc và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống5. Quản lý kết quả và báo cáo:Thực hiện hiệu quả những kế hoạch đề ra để hoàn thành các mục tiêu cá nhân và mục tiêu chung của bộ phận.Thường xuyên trao đổi, phối hợp, cập nhật thông tin với Trưởng bộ phận để thảo luận về tiến độ triển khai các mục tiêu, công việc nhằm hoàn thành các mục tiêu đề ra.Xác định cách thức tiến hành thu thập thông tin, chuẩn bị báo cáo và báo cáo đúng thời hạn.6.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

● Directly communicate with Product, Developer, QA and Executive teams.● Control project plan execution for the team's feature.● Collaborate with team members to investigate, analyze, design and estimate features based on specification.● Participate in required meetings.● Handle internal processes for team members (hiring, training, performance review, etc.).● Conduct code review for team members.● Support revolving business logic and technical problems for team members.● Process issue from Support/QA team and/or assigned to team members.
