 • Develop and optimize high-concurrency backend services and APIs in Golang. • Refactor CPU-blocking or heavy I/O logic to keep the event loop (and your brain) healthy. • Improve performance observability and error handling: integrate Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, and our internal APM stack. • Work with DevOps on Kubernetes (GKE or on-prem clusters), autoscaling (CPU/Memory or HPA), and caching strategy support. • Design or extend caching patterns (e.g., cache-aside, stale-while-revalidate) with Redis or similar realtime-support backing stores. • Build performance test suites and scripts: k6, Locust, Artillery, or whatever doesn't set your laptop on fire.
