Đồng thời hỗ trợ cố vấn kỹ thuật cho các thành viên trong team và đảm bảo hiệu quả triển khai mô hình.Trách nhiệm chínhVới vai trò Senior AI Engineer, bạn sẽ hợp tác chặt chẽ với các AI Researcher, Data Scientists và Kỹ sư phần mềm để nghiên cứu và phát triển các mô hình AI phù hợp với các bài toán kinh doanh thực tế trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng. Các trách nhiệm chính bao gồm:Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu các mô hình Machine Learning / Deep Learning cho các ứng dụng thực tế như Callbot, Chatbot, AutoCall… với trọng tâm là NLP.Triển khai mô hình AI thành các dịch vụ API để tích hợp vào hệ thống phần mềm.Làm việc với các nhóm sản phẩm, kỹ thuật và dữ liệu để hiểu rõ bài toán và xây dựng giải pháp phù hợp.Nghiên cứu, đánh giá và áp dụng các kỹ thuật mới trong lĩnh vực xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên, như Transformer, LLM, embedding techniques, fine-tuning mô hình ngôn ngữ… để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.Đảm bảo hiệu suất, độ chính xác và khả năng mở rộng của mô hình AI.Cố vấn và đào tạo các kỹ sư AI khác, hỗ trợ review mã nguồn và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật.Tham gia xây dựng quy trình phát triển mô hình (MLOps), quản lý version, và tái sử dụng mô hình hiệu quả.
