Ứng viên lý tưởng là người có tư duy kiến trúc hệ thống, kỹ năng lãnh đạo mạnh mẽ, giao tiếp hiệu quả với khách hàng quốc tế, và sẵn sàng dẫn dắt team vượt qua các thử thách kỹ thuật, bao gồm cả hệ thống legacy. 👉 Kinh nghiệm với Kubernetes/EKS sẽ là một điểm cộng rất lớn.  Đóng vai trò kỹ thuật chủ chốt trong các dự án sử dụng Node.js (NestJS, ExpressJS), RemixJS, AWS, MSSQL, PostgreSQL. Thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống, đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật đảm bảo hiệu năng, bảo mật và khả năng mở rộng.Review code, định hướng chuẩn coding và best practices cho team. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với khách hàng và đội ngũ nội bộ để làm rõ yêu cầu, tư vấn giải pháp tối ưu. Mentor và dẫn dắt các thành viên trong nhóm, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ dự án. Trực tiếp tham gia coding khi cần thiết, đặc biệt ở những phần quan trọng hoặc phức tạp.
