Quản lý và điều hành hoạt động của Khối Quản lý Tài chính Kế toán- Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của khối tài chính kế toán, đảm bảo việc lập và quản lý các báo cáo tài chính của ngân hàng một cách chính xác, minh bạch và đúng quy định.- Giám sát, quản lý và tối ưu hóa các nguồn lực tài chính của ngân hàng.- Đảm bảo các hoạt động tài chính của ngân hàng tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật và các chuẩn mực kế toán, tài chính quốc gia và quốc tế.2. Quản lý ngân sách và lập kế hoạch tài chính- Xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch tài chính dài hạn và ngắn hạn của ngân hàng.- Đảm bảo việc phân bổ ngân sách hợp lý cho các bộ phận, chi nhánh của ngân hàng và theo dõi việc thực hiện ngân sách.- Thực hiện các phân tích tài chính định kỳ, báo cáo tài chính cho Ban Giám đốc.3. Kiểm soát và giám sát tài chính- Đảm bảo tính chính xác và đầy đủ của các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế và các báo cáo tài chính định kỳ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng.- Quản lý các khoản chi phí, nguồn thu nhập và dòng tiền của ngân hàng, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả và bền vững về tài chính.4. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định tài chính và kế toán- Giám sát việc thực hiện các quy trình, thủ tục tài chính và kế toán theo đúng các quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước và các cơ quan quản lý khác.- Cập nhật và áp dụng các quy định pháp lý về tài chính, thuế, kế toán và kiểm toán mới để đảm bảo ngân hàng luôn tuân thủ đúng các yêu cầu của pháp luật.5. Tư vấn và hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác về tài chính- Cung cấp các báo cáo, phân tích tài chính và các chỉ số quan trọng để hỗ trợ các quyết định chiến lược của Ban Giám đốc.- Tư vấn về việc quản lý các khoản vay, đầu tư và các hoạt động tài chính khác của ngân hàng.6. Lãnh đạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên tài chính kế toán- Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên tài chính kế toán, đảm bảo đội ngũ có đủ năng lực và tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc.- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên trong bộ phận tài chính kế toán.7. Đảm bảo các cuộc kiểm toán tài chính- Chỉ đạo công tác kiểm toán nội bộ và kiểm toán độc lập đối với các hoạt động tài chính, kế toán của ngân hàng.- Phối hợp với các kiểm toán viên bên ngoài để đảm bảo tính minh bạch và chính xác của các báo cáo tài chính của ngân hàng.
